Oh baby this was a great find. Loved the ambiance and setup in here. I literally found this place walking through the streets of Hoboken.
I had the Dino Beef Ribs and it was very very tender and juicy. My issue with it was it was just dull from a seasoning perspective. I expected a bit more kick for a Pitmaster place.
I also has the brisket and half chicken, now that was something to write home about. So tender and juicy well seasoned and tasty. I certainly will try to go back and dine in. The sides were not as impressive to be honest. Seasoned fries were too salty, max and cheese didn’t have taste. Overall though the restaurant was a nice setup but some of the food left a lot to be desired.

Run don’t walk! As a influencer I travel around the country for a living. I’ve tried every BBQ from Texas, Tennessee, the Carolinas to every mom and pop places in the south. I’ll say this is the #1 BBQ in the country! Country people, in the country!!!!!!! The baby back ribs, brisket and pulled pork HOLY HELL, I’m in a food coma! Oh and let’s not forget the MAC! Extremely clean atmosphere, staff is 10 stars,honestly I’m giving this place 10 stars! I could eat here everyday. Every sauce ( I believe 5 or 6 choices) has its own unique flavor, from hot to sweet, to spicy with a kick to tangy mustard. Just go! Oh and prices are cheapest in the entire area, no joke. 3 meats, 1 side, 1 drink (which was plenty for 2 people) was $30.

The Food was good. My man had too high of an expectation coming in after binge watching too many Pitmaster Videos on YouTube Lol. He thought we would get the same huge platters. Needless to say, the food was good. The meat was well cooked, the Mac and cheese was yummy.

Fantastic authentic barbecue and awesome service! The dino beef rib and the burnt ends were the highlights and wowed the table with tender meat, great bark and just the right amount of smoke. So good no sauce needed. The brisket, pork, sausage, chicken and crispy pork belly were all great as well. Solid sides, sauces and banana pudding too! What a great meal and welcoming atmosphere.

We’re always on the lookout for new places to try and Myron Mixon’s new Hoboken spot did not disappoint.
I opted for the three meat plate. The pulled pork was delicious. The ribs fell right off the bone. And the brisket was some kind of glorious. There are a multitude of sauces to try as well. I recommend the Hog Sauce and the Hot Honey.
My only complaint is the size of the sides could be a bit bigger. Especially the delicious Mac and cheese.
Do yourself a favor and order direct from the restaurant online. We ordered on a Friday night and by ordering direct from Myron’s we saved $2-$3 per item over the Uber eats markup and saved the food apps $9 “service fee”. All in we saved over $25 by ordering direct.
Will definitely be ordering from here again.

One of the best barbecue joints in Hoboken! There are plenty of choices and they all taste great. There are also many different sauces to choose from. I love the decor and there bathrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly too. I highly recommend eating here.

Very pleased with my experience at this restaurant. The staff is suuuppeerrr nice which made the experience very enjoyable. I decided to try their brunch menu options: cornbread cupcake, burnt ends with grits and a blueberry waffle.
1) Cornbread was okay. In my opinion, nothing to go wild about.
2) Burnt ends + grits was to die for. Words cannot describe how good it was. It was so good I even forgot to take a picture cuz I inhaled the food . If I wasn’t so full, I was ready to order a second plate. Beyond godly.
3) I also tried their waffle with blueberries (they didn’t have strawberry or peach ; my first options) but I actually super enjoyed blueberry. The blueberries were fresh. The waffle was nice and soft waffle on the inside and crispy on the outside. Not burned. I enjoyed it.
Atmosphere: Super cute locale with indoor and outdoor seating. You don’t feel crowded unlike other locations in Hoboken which is a good thing.
Staff: Staff is very friendly and you can see they like their jobs as everyone had a smile while working and even the employees had good things to say about items on the menu. It was refreshing to see workers passionately recommending a menu item because it is their favorite item on the menu. You can tell they genuinely enjoy the food as well.
Downsides: The only negative thing about the experience was that they didn’t have the items I originally wanted to order. Thus I reccomend if you go there to go there with an open mindset because you might end up getting something even better than you imagined. It is what happened to me .

The food here is AMAZING! My husband and I ordered take-out. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, hog chicken wings, corn bread, and the collard greens. They have different sauces you can have with the meat choices. I highly recommend the hog sauce with the brisket. They also have a clear sauce for the collard greens. You have to eat the greens with the clear sauce. It’s like a vinegar sauce that gives the greens a nice kick with flavor. None of the sauces are very spicy.
The portion size may look small when you get it, but you’ll be overstuffed when your done. Definitely will go here again!

Don’t think about it, just go! Carlos was a fantastic host who talked us through the whole process. He recommended the meats and to have the corn bread. If we ever land in NJ again, we will be back!
