Serena was very nice, store was clean, and did not take very long to get my to go order ready. Only complaints is when I tried to call on the phone there was like no dial tone. There was just a repeating message saying thank you for calling, but it didn’t actually ring, and nobody answered, also I paid for the triple hashbrowns to be have cheese and I feel like if you’re getting a triple that there should be three slices of cheese, and I also added tomato and onion, but there is genuinely barely any so I was a little disappointed, and although they were pretty dark in color, they were not as crispy as I hoped for and we’re lacking a little flavor, but overall really good service

Waffle House in Alvin. I go a couple of times per month. Service is great. Food is fast. I tried the chicken protein bowl, new on the menu. It was good. My longtime friend Mandi works there. You get to know the staff, and it’s almost like home. Almost.

My Husband loves Waffle house! He wanted to have his Birthday Dinner there and he is loved so I wanted to make sure they would be able to accommodate. I spoke to Wendy the morning of and she said she would be happy to have us! We came like a flood but they welcomed us and gave us great service! The whole crew was singing with us, let us hang a sign and served with excellence. For my husband it was a dream come true and What I thought was Impossible was made possible by the Waffle house in Alvin! Thank you wendy, mandi, mone and all the others! Everything was delicious and the Alvin Atmosphere will definitely have us coming back for more

I go pretty regularly, for the most part they are nice people but i went by myself and they either wanted me to sit with a random family with children or leave when there was two booth open with no family or children in them. It was weird, didn’t feel welcomed, hard to keep going back now. Going by myself never been an issue in busy Bee, or Kellys or red cap which all serve breakfast and are close by.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a waffle house or any other restaurants for that matter. The service is absolutely horrible! The young guy that waited on us was clearly in the wrong profession. No people skills at all. We were served burned food wrong food and ignored. I will never go back there! Ever!
