So I went to this subway 3 weeks ago and ordered my usual sandwich, it was $10.37. I went a week or so later and i ordered the same exact thing and it went up to $11.50 and when asked why, the lady couldn’t give me a reason and just closed the window. Today, i decided to give them another chance as it’s close to my job. Ordered the same exact sandwich as the last 2 times and it was $12.37, when I asked the guy why its went up everytime i come through it, he tried to tell me it hadn’t and i offered to show my receipts from the previous times i had been there to show him proof and he denied and kept telling me that wasn’t true. He was highly rude to the point he closed the window in my face just like the lady previously, and basically told me “oh well”. So it’s very clear they are ripping people off because they just put whatever price they want on there, and when confronted as to why the same exact sandwich has been a different price each time they just shut the window and ignore the situation. They are the rudest subway i have ever been to and I will not be returning to this location ever again due to how rude and hateful the staff was and always has been. It was just convenient on my way to work, but this was my last straw. They’re very hateful and don’t care about the prices, they just throw what amount is convenient for them and keep going and don’t take their customers into consideration. I will never be back as this is the only Subway in town I have ever had conflict with. They’re nasty attitudes and the way they treat their employees as well is pure disgust. I’ve also noticed they delete their bad reviews on here, to look like they’re a good place to order from, but i will continue to make a review if i notice mine is deleted as they are very hateful, greedy human beings.

i give this a 3 star because the people are nice the food was good but this is the only subway in town that doesn’t accept rewards in the app or coupons and it’s the closest one to me for my lunch break.. would come more often if it didn’t feel like they are trying to scam by not taking them ..

Service was phenomenal!!!

6/25/23 @ 1pm

Brought a Youth Group of 80 to eat at the surrounding fast food locations (5 within walking distance). 30 of the group chose Subway!

We were in and out in under 30 minutes.

If they read this…thank you for a great experience & great food!

Best Subway in the chain!!!

Normally we love this subway. Great service and good fresh food. Unfortunately we there yesterday (4/1/22) in the drive through and waited over 10 mins and no one ever asked to take our order even though my husband kept saying “hello”. We drove to the window and the two employees looked at us but still never came over. This would have been acceptable if they were busy but there was no one inside being waited on at the time and we were the only ones in the drive through. No idea what the problem was because no one would even respond to us.

Don’t go here. I ordered a steak sandwich with 50% more meat. I got like 50% of the original amount. I sent my husband back and the owner went off on him saying “these people lie…cutting into my bottom line…” he just left and is going to another subway hopefully to get better service.

I very much enjoyed my experience here at Subway. I loved that I was able to find a vegetarian meal here, and it was very delicious.
Inside, it’s a very clean environment and atmosphere, and it’s very hospitable, as I was greeted upon entering.
The portions of my meal were perfect, and I do feel that the overall value of what I ordered and what I spent is homogeneous; very equitable and very balanced.
I look forward to visiting this Subway again in the future! I may even try the convenience of the drive-thru.

A subway sandwich is mostly the same everywhere. However, the extra attention they paid to my order and their customer service was extraordinary. I’m a vegetarian and ordered the veggie patty. They changed their gloves, cleaned their knives and made sure there was no direct contamination in my sandwich. That’s A+!

This is the ONLY Subway that does not take coupons that the Subway Corporation sends out. Also, very stingy w/ the ingredients. Go down the road to the other Subway for much better experience.

Since when did using the restroom become nonessential? I’m so over restaurants being able to just close their lobbies and we all just have to accept it. Ordered online, arrived and lobby is closed. I did not do curbside pick up so he told us to get in the drive thru line… I don’t think so. That’s why we did online so we wouldn’t have to wait. We asked for someone to bring it out to us and to their credit we watched them make it quickly and they brought it out. Also to their credit I asked to go to the restroom and she allowed me to walk in the back door and use it. A lobby closed sign would be helpful and lobby closed on the online ordering would also be very helpful. Otherwise 5 star for being quick and the food was good.
