This Rita’s is one of my favorite spots for a treat. Quality and service is terrific. However, there is a huge amount of bees by the trash cans, so while you are walking from your car to the store there are bees and wasps chasing you and even more after you order because you are holding sugar. Personally, I will not go there anymore because of my very bad bee phobia. I understand that little can be done about this, but I think spraying a bee killer spray in the trash cans regularly and also keeping them covered instead of open will make a huge difference. Hope no one gets stung over there.

Service was quick even though there was a line to get to the counter.
I found it a little too sugary but kids love it.
We tried different flavors available in Italian ice such as mango, orange, peach, strawberry, passion fruit, liked it in the same order(mango the most and strawberry the least).

Great service! Took me and my grandkids there Sunday, Great fun for all of us. A bit too sugary for my liking, but I’m old and crusty! We were served by a nice young man, Mr. Shah. He treated me greatly, even helping me down the stairs on the way out. 10/10, would go again! ❤️

This is really the ultimate Rita’s. I’m biased because, years ago this was my first Rita’s but it’s special. The parking is easy. The building is cool. The service rocks. They are not usually out of anything. It’s a good Rita’s.

Okay, Rita’s are pretty much the same, it’s what I saw an employee do. A man in his mid-fifties walked up to the window and asked the girl behind the counter, “Does so and so still work here?” The girl proceeds to give this man her hours “she is working till closing “ please managers train your staff to keep your employees safe! By the way the young man thought it was okay.

Always good especially on a hot summer day. Usually have at least 1 if not 2 kinds of sugar free water ice. Parking is the only disadvantage. Reastrunt next door which is always busy, takes most if the parking. Just have to wait a few minutes.
