Highly recommend this JLB Eatery location. Super clean and cozy interior. Giant portions and cooked to perfection. My mom and I enjoyed the bacon avocado burger and her go to, chicken avocado wrap. The onions rings are huge and crispy. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Tried JLB recently and was genuinely impressed. The quality of the food stands out right away. You can tell they are using Certified Angus Beef, and it shows in the flavor and how juicy the burgers are.
I ordered the bacon avocado burger and added chili and cheese fries on the side. Everything came out hot, well put together, and satisfying without feeling heavy. The loaded fries brought back serious game day memories. Total comfort food in the best way.
This is a solid spot if you are looking for a well-made burger with quality ingredients. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

It’s walk up and order. No table service but they bring you your food. The burgers are fantastic and very large. I could barely finish mine. My wife could not finish hers. The buns are homemade and the waffle fries were nice and crispy.

We had a family meeting at JLB Richmond! We could already feel Christmas inside the restaurant 🙂 The food was amazing, the service was lovely, and the people were friendly at JLB Richmond! Our kids and wife loved their giant cheeseburger with fresh & chewy Fish/shrimp fries!

5 star food all day and twice on Sunday! (Just kidding they are closed Sundays)
But the fried fish was as good as anywhere in the world and they serve it 2 different ways. The burger puts everyone to shame and the onion rings are some of the best I have ever had! Gave it 4 stars for only 1 reason… No Coke drinks and that seems un American!

The burgers were like smash burger,but better. The burgers are huge and I could only eat have of it. We also went the next day and got the chicken wrap that was a nice size as well. I wish I rook a picture. The food is really good,and they have television for you to watch and the music is nice too and it’s not loud,plus the restaurant was very clean. If you get a chance try it out.

I had the chance to attend the soft launch of JLB Eatery today and try it out for the first time. The burger exceeded my expectations — the meat tasted high quality, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The buns were soft and fresh, complementing the burger well. As a new establishment, the space was spotless and clearly well-maintained. Looking forward to seeing how they grow!

The food is amazing. The Crazy burger is my favorite. Fresh baked bread. Nice sized portions. Great service and music. One of the cooks came out to greet us and ask how we were doing. Great experience.
