Quirky, tiny, sci-fi diner with handmade soups and giant sandwiches. We are open 11-3ish, after 2 it’s best to call:) Seating inside is limited (10 seats) We have plenty of outdoor seating. Highly recommended! Wonderful!!! Absolutely wonderful. Great place for anyone nastolgic. Love love love the menu and always having something new and fresh. I am sorry about not taking photos as I did not hesitate to dig in.
My wife got the Quantum box with lady Jane grilled cheese and some crab rangoon soup with a piece of gingerbread cake. I ordered the LT and we both had just water to drink.
Wow! The LT was bigger than I expected and was an absolute explosion of flavor. The sweetness of the maple syrup was a little on the forward side but balanced the savory flavors very well I thought. The salty crunch of the chips reminded me of when I was younger and adding them on every sandwich I ate I absolutely love it. It not only feeds my belly but it feeds my soul with all the nostalgia.
Before I realized my wife finished her grilled cheese and the chips served inside the vintage metal “Star Wars” lunchbox. Yes you read that correct. Those chips I would buy by the case. They are soooo good, in the voices of Mr. Jones and Uncle Elroy so good it makes you wanna slap yo momma! No joke some of the best chips I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The crab rangoon soup was wonderful. Everything I expected, creamy smooth and crab yum!
It’s not a big place don’t expect room for too many people. I do think there’s about 10 seats.

I have felt drawn to this place for awhile. The sci-fi theme, size & rotating specials have always tugged at me. Today we went because we were on vacation, doing a “foodie stay-cation”. We picked one new place to eat every day around Louisville & Southern Indiana. We went after the lunch rush & was not disappointed. We both tried the Mac & Cheese grilled cheese sandwich. WOW it did not disappoint. Discovered it had Cheetos sprinkled in the cheese mix just as they put it on the bread. What genius!! Started following on FB to keep appraised of the changing specials. The folks running place were great to talk to. They had great suggestions of unique food places to try as well. We will definitely revisit!!

Wow! I can’t believe it took me this long to try this awesome place. Every single aspect was on point-the service, the unique atmosphere, the wide variety of options (vegan, etc), huge portions, and most of all the amazing food. The food was absolutely amazing, and we received a generous amount with just two meals and a side of soap. A wonderful couple manages and prepares everything. It’s like stepping back in time, surrounded by numerous collectibles, from figures and stickers to vintage lunch boxes.
