The worst McDonald’s ever! I’ve always had a horrible experience at this location. Every time I go I always have to wait 30 minutes after ordering to get my food. Then when I do finally get it, it’s cold and the burgers are poorly made. The owner of this franchise does absolutely nothing about the management here and always tries to keep you coming back by giving you free meal cards. The last experience I had will be my last visit ever for this location. By all means. Go to Burger King!

This McDonald’s is the worst!!! I’ve always gone to this location and they are always rude! I go here hoping to have a nice meal after a long shift around 8pm. I came here today with my granddaughter and the girl was very rude to me, not to mention I was with my granddaughter and she actually goes to school with this young lady. Her name is Raylin or Ryan I don’t remember , I went to the window she completely ignored me and had me wait at the window while her being on her phone. I thought It was very disrespectful that she was acting like that, especially since she’s getting paid to just smile and be respectful.

This location broke my heart; they’ve been advertising the Hot n Spicy McChicken for a week now but apparently aren’t bringing it in. Bring in the hot n spicy and I’ll immediately change this to a 5-star.

Also, they close earlier than their posted hours. Not cool. Bring in the hot n spicy and all is forgiven!

I went there a few nights ago and the lady taking my order was so rude! She kept rushing me and she was giving horrible attitude and I asked for a manager and she said why i am here to talk to you? This is horrible so i went to the second window and then i asked what her name was and i dont remember if it was Jane. She has very big eyelashes and crazy long hair. She has horrible service gives dirty looks and she mumbles under her breath! She gives everyone attitude while working and she has no work ethic she was on the phone the whole time! I was asking her to add a DRINK on my order and she gave terrible mean looks. As an older women it was very disrespectful because kids should respect their elders!!!!!!!!!! Teens start at fast food but if I did that when I was a teen I would’ve got fired!!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Terrible experience. I went to this location for the very first time today. This location has no front counter staff, only kiosks, and not even a basic menu posted. On top of that, there’s no drink machine or condiments available inside. When we asked about ordering a certain way—like you normally can at any other McDonald’s—we were told we’d have to get back in our car, go through the drive-thru In order to order through a real person and then come back inside. That’s completely ridiculous. The whole setup feels inconvenient, unfriendly, and backwards. Definitely not worth stopping here again. Ever! Not set up for friendly service at all. This location seems like an experiment that has gone totally wrong! I truly hope that the owner of this location reads these reviews. I did notice that there are 97 other reviews before mine and only 2.1 stars. Hopefully that would cause some concern and they would rethink this particular business strategy.

I mostly appreciate the help I had receive from a younger women when I didn’t know what I was suppose to do at the kiosk. She had already been walking over to help me before I could ask. Then she showed me the table number order signs. I didn’t ask for her name I didn’t think anything of it. But hopefully she sees this and knows that she is a great help. I was table order 8. Thank u

I have always had a great experience with their staff! Everyone is always kind and friendly and never have problems with our orders. Also, a huge shoutout to Patricia! She is in their drive thru a lot and is such a bright light! She is so happy and is always smiling — it’s infectious!

If i could give zero stars i would have. The staff at this establishment needs extra training on hospitality. Very unfriendly and rude. Happened a couple times. Went through drive-thru to order me some nuggets. The lady did not ask me if I wanted sauce before telling me to pull up; no big deal Ill ask when I get to the window. When I got to the window, the girl reached her hand out for my money, not saying a word to me while sounding like she was laughing and giggling on the headset to another employee. I very kindly asked if she got my sauce on there and I asked for Ranch. The girl still said absolutely nothing. When I got the next window, the kid held out my drink, as I was reaching to grab it, he shoved the straw into my hands about making me drop the drink. Practically shoves the bag of food out the window smashing it into my hands and then slams the window. I did absolutely nothing in this situation other then showed up to your establishment to buy dinner… Got home with my dinner, to find a huge handful of ranch packets in the bottom of my bag. Very wasteful and all because I simply asked for sauce that comes with the meal. I will not be returning to your place you call a friendly environment.
