Although it’s been several years since I visited this place, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich still remains my favorite. It has always been good and remains so. Now for the however…what happened to the French fries! Where they used to be thick and creamy, large size, perfectly cooked, somewhat crisp, they are now thin and wispy, overly browned, tiny soggy pieces. After bragging to my family how great the fries were was very disappointed in them. Please bring back the old formula! Will be back for the subs, but will avoid the fries.

Very nice workers at this location, tough to get good customer service these days. I hadn’t been to a Penn Station in maybe 10 years and now I feel like I’ve been missing out, the sandwiches and fries were very fresh and generous portion sizes. They had a Christmas movie playing. My daughter said it’s her new favorite spot!

The steak Philly here with mushrooms and onions is too good! The cheese is so stringy and hot and amazing! Fresh squeezed lemonade!!! Love this place! They cook your sub right in front of you on hibachi type grill. Yum! Always nice people! Clean! Absolutely worth it!

Excellent subs. Very fresh deli meats and the lettuce was crisp. They use whole strips of bacon. The bread has perfect texture with just the right amount of crunch in the crust.I had the club and I’ll be going back for more ASAP. You get your money’s worth here. That club sub made for two lunches.
