I want to give ZERO STARS. I placed an online order at 1:41pm for a 5:30pm pickup. At 5:35 the order had not even been started, & I was told 30-60 minute wait. According to app, order was started at 6:06. 6:30, still not ready. Still in the oven according to the app. What? NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. Erasing the app, & going to Domino’s or Papa John, or getting real pizza from an actual pizzeria from now. You lost me as a customer and anyone else I can tell this story to as a warning.

Placed an order for pick up 2 hrs before scheduled time. Called the store before leaving my house as I didn’t get a notification that it was being prepared and was told that it was a 15 minute extra wait. I get to the location and was told another 25-30 minute wait. Why order in the app when these pizzas are not being made when they’re supposed to. If being understaffed is a situation, the managers all need to be there to help. Multiple times I’ve ordered pizza from here and it’s always the same thing. If it would be possible to ask for some of compensation for waiting that would be great. Overall shitty policies and wait time is terrible.

service here was absolutely horrible not I but a handful or about a dozen (and no im not over exaggerating either)of customers all waiting over one hour for preorders. I placed this about 3:30pm to pick up about or around 5:45-6pm ! While waiting I was never given a proper response when I asked “how long will the wait be so I can come back or wait in the lobby “ she refused to tell me a wait time frame and said “we are not taking walk in orders at all only preorders” I tried to explain to her I have a preorder for 5:45 pick up and she walk to the back without saying anything or asking me for my order information! After waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot ,I did leave since it was for a school event came back hoping I can purchase what’s on the floor but no luck same bad attitude no response when I said I was here earlier and waited for a preorder online for 5:45-6pm and it’s now past 7pm at this moment and still no order update or at least a start from this location,I asked for anything on the floor for the kids at school and they said there backed up so either wait or get a refund in a mad tone ! Horrible customer service attitude, but after that she once again walked to the back and ignored the customer after me with the same response/treatment when she asked about her order of being late for 6:30 for pick up and was an online order as well smh so many ppl waited it was a lobby full of customers who waited over 45 minutes or longer when I asked random people to get an idea on the wait time. I did give up and request a refund after waiting another 10-15 minutes its now 7:10 and my order as for 5:45pm,I honestly never experienced this kinda service at this location and thru new management it was always smooth till now ! After discussing this with other ppl they said the same about the wait time & service here ! Poor service and over an hour wait on orders or delivery’s. I hope in the future someone can fix this issue with more manageable solutions or better alternatives for this location.this Always been my favorite place for speedy pizza & great service or delivery for events not anymore I’m done as a customer, I rather order Naples down the block from here.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Little Caesars location. I have now placed two separate orders in advance, and both times I still had to wait close to an hour after arriving for my food. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but here it has done the opposite. The second time was especially frustrating. After waiting, I was told it would take even longer to prepare my order, forcing me to cancel altogether. That is unacceptable, especially when you plan your pickup around the time they give you. This location clearly appears to be understaffed, and it is hurting the customer experience badly. Long lines, long waits, and no accurate pickup times make it impossible to rely on. That said, I do want to give credit where it is due. The management and staff were very courteous and professional, even while dealing with rude and impatient customers. They handled a stressful situation with respect, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, politeness does not make up for repeatedly wasting customers’ time. Until staffing and order management improve, I will not be returning.

Terrible management at this location. Not even the employees fault at this point. Way tooo many customers ordering all this fancy shit and then getting upset that it takes a while. Everyone expects their order to be out in 5 minutes. Employees do have a bad attitude but they are underplayed and overworked. People need some compassion for them they are human too.

I placed my online order at 12:30 and was scheduled to pick it up at 1:45. When I arrived at the restaurant, I found it packed with customers who had also ordered online, and unfortunately, none of their orders were ready. I arrived at 1:30, and an associate informed me that my order wasn’t in the system, even though she had retrieved the receipt. Now, it’s 2:00, and they’ve just “found” my order. I was then told to wait for another 15 minutes. I returned 15 minutes later, and the order was still not ready. I was then told I needed to wait for another 20-30 minutes. I requested a refund because, at this point, we’re almost an hour into the wait, and the order was placed before pick-up. So, in total, it took 2 hours to prepare 6 pizzas. My order was never started, and the store was managed by an associate who couldn’t handle the order. They were incredibly slow, without any sense of urgency, and very unorganized. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be dealing with Little Caesars as a company again.

All I ask for a full pizza with bacon, pineapple jalapeños, and I just feel like they just grab the glove and just threw it on top and I said a full pizza with bacon and jalapeño and bacon and they gave me barely anything and it’s not even bacon as ham very, very unhappy I go in person to purchase these items and only thing the staff is doing back there in the kitchen is caring each other, not paying attention to customers or even give me fast food service there. I had to wait 45 minutes for my pieces and now only that they have messed up the first time and they messed it up again very unhappy. I hope they shut this place down. Managers need to learn how to train better. This place is horrible.

The only real issue here is that they don’t keep up with their orders. You can see the pizzas popping out but you don’t see them labeling or marking what order it is so they pile up. I get it’s busy but all they really need to do it once a order is started tofocus on that order and continue to work on that order until it’s done, it just looks like the person making it is going off what type of pizza is made. Other than that they are a decent place that gives you hot pizzas everytime

This Little Caesar’s location really nailed it! The pizza, wings, and breadsticks came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The place was clean with a welcoming vibe, and Chris along with the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere—you honestly can’t beat that. I’ll definitely be back!
