I had the BEST experience at this Subway. It was so AMAZING to be treated like they really wanted me there. The store was very clean. I even had to use the restroom and it too was very clean and stocked.

I have not been to any Subway in a long because all the others were dirty and the staff treated me and my family like we interfered with their day.

My visit today 8-27-25 at 12:51 pm was so wonderful that I just had to share this.

I ordered on the app at 12:21pm for express checkout. Got there at about 12:25 and didn’t leave until almost 1:00! I was okay until people came in after me and were getting serviced even though I ordered ahead. The guy who was being serviced had to tell them to get my order because I was there first. Missed my entire lunch break, the sandwich was not only sloppy but cold!

Love that this restaurant subway #112988 came back, but I came in today and Michelle was such an amazing worker today she was all alone and had a line out the door and she did such a great job getting everyone’s food done in a timely manner. She must be an integral part of the staff, she’s a hard worker, and had wonderful customer service! Y’all should definitely give her a bonus for the great job she is doing for running your company

We ate there last night around 8:00 pm. One guy was working. He didn’t want to be there. We ordered #11, Club. He put cheese on the bread and moved down to the vegetables. My husband asked him why there was no meat. He asked did my husband want any??? He put the meats for the Club after being told #11! I ordered the footlong pretzel. He handed it to me in the sack. Took it out and there was nothing on it, no butter or salt! He said I didn’t ask for that! I said I wanted both. He put a little butter and put salt from the salt shaker. He rang it up as a chicken sub $7.29. Terrible experience. We will not be back!

Ordered in app, was told it was done I get there and they tell me that someone just walked out with my order then spend 25-30 minutes to remake my order, other than that the service was great.

Browning a 16 yr. old young man that works at the Columbiana location was fantastic, he made us laugh from beginning to end!
We will definitely be back just to see him , he himself made our dinner so much better, thank you Browning for all the laughs ☺️ it was really great to meet you!! Hope to see you again soon

Only one person working on a Friday evening at 6, burned all the bread except for wheat, none of the online orders completed so even if you came in twenty minutes ahead of the other person, they were still ahead of you, all while waiting for someone from Jemison to bring more bread at some unknown time. Not the best second shot, the first time I came in they burned my sandwich and still tried to make me take it. I will just wait until I get to Calera next time, this one is a waste of time and money.

Our order was supposed to be ready by 11:50 am in the app said it was ready went to pick up they said somebody else picked up the order and had to wait twenty minutes to fix the order again they need to learn how to pay attention in the store

I had never been to this Subway before but I’ve had a hankering for it so I’ve gone the last 2 days in a row. The 2 gentleman that helped me (I wish I remembered their names) were very pleasant, and chatted up a storm with me without compromising on the speed or quality of their work. They deserve some praise, they’re perfect examples of what great customer service looks like!

Being from out of town I realized there were few options for lunch. I chose Subway looking for a lighter lunch. I watched the customer in front of me order his sandwich and witnessed a couple of flies flying around preparation area around veggies. He seemed unconcerned so I relaxed a little. The worker nonchalantly swats them away, the customer unfazed. I hope for the best and go ahead and order mine. The flies miraculously multiply and I’m watching at least 5 of them flying around my bread, landing on the lettuce. Noone seems to notice, no big deal. I just couldn’t. I was done. I had only chosen my bread type at that point so I bailed. As I walked out I hear “she didn’t want it because of the flies”. The sign out front stated “under new management” so I can only imagine how much better things have gotten
