I know it was busy, but it got busy after I got to line. I ordered a foot-long combo with a half-and-half and the drive-through girl up charged me for a medium drink. I only noticed because the price was not sounding right and she said yeah you wanted a medium and I was like I never said that and like she was kind of getting defensive wasn’t saying sorry or anything for it so I was like whatever I’ll just pay for it since she made it already and I don’t think that that’s how it should’ve went. Also, my drink is watery so they need to put a new syrup pack in the machine for the herbert’s lemonade.

Horrible service takes over 5-10 min to get ur order. The speaker box is Horrible when ordering could be a reason why they ask you 10x what you want and still get it wrong every time. Will not be using this one in town again.

I’ve gone to this subway most of the time, and they always mess up my order. It’s the closest to where I live. It’s always something new they forget, this time they mixed my boyfriend’s and I orders. They switched our breads. Since one of us is allergic to a certain bread we choose different ones and my boyfriend got the one he was allergic to. My sandwich was cold. Last time I came here they did not add the sauces that I had listed in my mobile order. I haven’t complained because I am not one that does, but it’s gone far too long.

This Subway location is my neighborhood store, so convenience is great. The attitude of the lady that took my order was not great… She was rude over the speaker while taking my order, was even more rude when I questioned why my total was $27.00 for two 6 inch meal sandwiches & became EXTREMELY rude when I told her that she had given me a 12 inch sandwich instead of the 6 inch I had ordered. She came back to the window saying loudly how ridiculous people were. Of course she wouldn’t give me her name so, Ali if you are reading this the Host Order ID is SN9HCXSTLBK4K472. I hate that this happened & hate that I feel the need to leave a 1 star review, hopefully it will end in a positive impact.

I complained on the subway website but all I got was a very automated response. Basically I have been eating at this location for years regularly but they hired people who are terrible at their job, this dude was over here with a dirty tshirt rubbing all over the prep area it even touched the sandwich as he was making it, I decided not to order. Well I complained, but yet now everytime I have tried to eat here it’s the same guy all the time. They need to fire these new people they hired, until then and them actually cleaning the place up, because the place stinks, there’s flies all over, I will NEVER eat at this place again.

I have eaten at this Subways several times the last 3 weeks. They remember us and greet us almost as friends. Sandwiches are well made and taste good. Very clean.

We went through the drive-thru and waited for about 20 minutes. Then the lady at the drive thru continuously yelled at us about pulling up to the drive thru without her permission. She then yelled at us to go back again to the front of the drive thru and threatened to call the police. No thank you, I am not about to wait another 20 minutes.

Good most of the time but sometimes you order a 6 in and get a 4 inch lmao. Actually the 4 inch happens alot the always do it to my boss. That’s why I always order the footlong so they don’t have to cut it.
