I ordered the 22 wings meal. I ordered half Buffalo and half naked. I also assumed that there wouldn’t be many fries so I ordered an extra order of small fries – there’s was no need as there were more than enough with the order . I didn’t expect much as this is lowest cost around for chicken wings . I was pleasantly surprised by the size or the order ( both chicken wings and amount of fries), and the taste of the food .

I placed an order for them through Doordash, the curly fries were so tough that I could not bite through them! How long do they have to sit around waiting to be asked to the Ball before they turn into leather pieces. Well whatever time it takes mine were there! I went to Chili’s/It’s Just Wings to convey my disappointment for something I paid for. I spoke with a manager by the name of Jeanine who took my information and stated the refund had to come from Doordash. I was supposed to get a refund within a week. That refund did not happen; some of the info that was submitted was incorrect. Ms. Jeanine corrected and submitted it again and forwarded a copy of the email to me. There was still some incorrect info on the email so I responded to the email she sent with the correct info. To date I still have not received my refund. I guess that’s one way to keep both companies from issuing a refund but what it also does is assure me that I will never give them my money for them to give me something I DID NOT pay for.

This place is close to my work, so a coworker and I figured to give it a shot. Couldnt find them cause they are located in a closed down chili’s and has not changed out signage, it looks like a chili’s. I only ate a few of my wings cause they justed tasted off and then found some with blood. The following day my coworker and myself were both sick to the stomach and hitting the toliet all morning.I was highly disappointed because wings are supposed to be main food there, ” just wings”. If they cant get that right, whats the point. Would not come back even if the food was free.

Do NOT order from here. First off, this is one of those “Ghost Kitchen” type things. Ingredients are provided by a different company than the kitchen is located in. This was not labeled ANYWHERE, neither outside the Chili’s (Where this sad excuse for a wing restaurant is) nor on the Itsjustwings website. The wings were horrible, like trying to eat drywall, without dip. After my friends and I finished eating, we decided that it was maybe a decent 3/5 stars. Then we all went to bed and woke up, or rather, GOT woken up the next day by our stomachs. We have spent the better part of the morning in the bathroom, and had to miss both work and our classes. Not only is this a terrible food establishment, the health codes are also not up to snuff. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered here through doordash and it was DISGUSTING! Food was cold and I recieved 6 wings when I ordered 11. My food looked like someone was eating it and they snatched it from them to give to me. Absolutely disgusting!!! The only good thing I was served from here is the sprite. Just goto BWW or WS honestly.
