There were only two cars ahead of us in the drive-through, yet it took over 17 minutes just to place our order and receive our food. This is by far the slowest Burger King I have ever visited. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. The service has consistently been slow and disorganized in the past as well. It’s very frustrating because fast food should be quick. This location simply does not meet that expectation. Management needs to do something!

Have to give a shout out to Victoria. She is great. I don’t know if we order here too much, or she is just great at her job. She knows how my wife likes her burger (no buns). Just a really friendly lady. Makes the fast food experience feel more friendly.

Ordered a whopper junior and med fry. Fries were fine but my whopper… mayo and ketchup only…. additionally i asked for a bbq sauce and was told after i paid i would be charged for a single sauce (never in my 34 years have i been charged for a bbq). Not having spare change i left with no sauce… get home to this. Thanks alot bk.

I just moved and this is my new local Burger King. I am VERY well pleased to have such a good Burger King near. Moved from Tampa and there you were hit or miss about service and quality.

A quick trip through the drive thru Saturday 27 October 2018. Order station 2 seemed unmanned so we ended up pulling up to station 1.
There was a delay with the customer at the window so the drive thru staff was smart enough to bring food out to the cars behind it.which was appreciated.
They were also much more friendly than the MacDonalds up the street.

Food was fairly quick but Luke warm. The front 2 registers were down so the employee had to take the order and walk away to ring it up and it took quite a few times to ring everything up! I felt bad for them but it does slow things down. The hash browns and French toast were under cooked and very blond looking and French toast was gummy.
