What an incredible experience at the grand opening of Noble Tavern! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of energy.
The dishes crafted by Chef Sanchez were absolutely amazing — bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and offering such a fantastic variety that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Each bite felt thoughtfully created and perfectly balanced. My fav: The wings and steak sushi were some of the best dishes I have had. The desserts were unique and phenomenal.
The cocktails were outstanding as well — creative, well-crafted, and a perfect complement to the food. The selection was impressive, and every drink we tried was top-notch.
What truly set the evening apart was the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued. A special highlight was when owner TJ personally stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was exceeding our expectations. That personal touch made the night feel extra special.
I can’t recommend Noble Tavern highly enough — an absolute must-visit! We’ll definitely be back soon.

Great restaurant/bar. They have top shelf liquor available snd use large ice cubes as they should with an old fashioned. The food was delicious (get the flatbread) and the bartenders were all nice and very accommodating especially Dannielle. Great service. The atmosphere was upscale tavern. Place was clean and well run. We will definitely go back.

Noble Tavern brings a la carte to the next level with rotating dishes that are each unique. You see tastes from all around the world at prices that are for once… reasonable. The drinks are tasty and I would suggest trying the frozen ones. Sushi was excellent and the empanadas with short rib were to die for. What tops it all off is plenty of food runners to bring your food out hot and our exceptional server Austin. Will be back!

The Noble Bar is a One and Only as Far as I can Determine. The ambience is Fantastic. The adoring art work on the walls is so inviting that it is a little intrusive as you want to digest the very pleasing astatic and ambience of the settings. What was really interesting was our male host was attentive, and explained that the food was delivered as it came off the chef’s hands. So some at the table were served before others, but the food was fantastically deliver nice and warm. Not stale from sitting to long. The service was second to none. I will be back for more along with some friends. Prices are reasonable. Food Delicious. Service Great and delightful. The setting and atmosphere, leaves the feeling and anticipation that you must return for another “Entree”.

Fantastic spot with a cool, laid‑back vibe. The Brussels sprout & kale salad is fresh, flavorful, and something you should 1000% order. The cinnamon roll bananas foster bread pudding is absolutely incredible.. warm, rich, and unforgettable. Noble Tavern is definitely worth a visit.

What a nice addition to DTSP! More of an upscale vibe, so nice in there! Service was EXCELLENT! Marlo and Chef Fernando came and checked on us and made sure we were enjoying our meals. I recommend the following:
-Jumbo Crispy Wings: best wings I have ever had, the dry rub is amazing and they are So crispy! I would have them again tomorrow
-Sticky Pork Ribs: fall off of the bone delicious
-Double Chocolate Brownie and the Cinnamon Roll bread pudding were both fantastic and very shareable, really great portion size.
We also had the Ceviche appetizer which was a special and so good that I hope it stays on the menu!
The hibiscus mocktail was fantastic and my husband had the metal plane and said it was delicious.
Overall 10/10 and will be going back!

I had such an amazing experience at Noble Tavern. Kristina, the manager, was incredible and genuinely so sweet. Christian, our waiter, was awesome and took great care of us the whole night. The food and drinks were delicious, and the dessert was to die for – especially the cinnamon roll pudding banana foster. Highly recommend!

The bread pudding was the he’s rice ever had. Everything was delicious and chef Allen came out to say hi he was so nice! Also Kristina the hostess helped me make my reservation she was fabulous and provided excellent service! Everyone was wonderful and had great service and big smile you can tell the team loves what they do and feels good showing up to work! Great food!

My favorite restaurant right now! We went early on New Year’s Eve! From the minute you walk in you know you are going to have great service. Very attentive and informative!

We ordered shrimp scampi, a special that was very delicious, but let’s talk about the Sticky Pork Ribs! They were the most delicious fish I have had in a long time! So good we ordered another plate of them. Pair it with the potatoes and you will be so content! Can not wait to go back!

WOW. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It’s really cozy and chic in there, the hostesses at the front were so welcoming. Austin, our server, was SO charming, he was funny and gave us a memorable experience. We tried all sorts of stuff on the menu, drinks, salad, sushi, and desserts. We all shared the steak, chef, and garden sushi rolls and absolutely ADORED them. I’m really picky about sushi and I think the garden roll is the best veggie roll I’ve had in my life. The drinks were awesome (I got the cosmopolitan and the painkiller) and all of our orders came out super quick. I can’t recommend the cinnamon roll banana dessert enough, literally heavenly. We had such a great time and got carried away but they didn’t make us feel bad for staying a bit past closing time. Overall, this felt like a true dining out experience, they knocked it out of the park on everything. We will be back.
