WI wanted to go and sit in a bagel place so I thought this would be a good fit.. The chairs have arms and look like aluminum beach chairs! They are horrible. If you are plus size, you won’t fit on the chair.. so I ordered to go.. I ordered a platter.. the container they use is paper and the home fries seeped through the container! The food was ok but then the biggest thing.. 14.14 for breakfast.. it’s pricey but they cut so many corners. The manager (cashier) was Asian and she is not approachable, I felt she was racist. I won’t come back. I paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt and just got a generic one with a flat price. She looked like she was bothered and I wasn’t about to argue with this person… DONT GO HERE

We went for a quick bite and some coffee. Breakfast sandwich on bagel was made faster than anywhere else I’ve been, and was cooked fresh and served piping hot. And great prices! I’ve paid more for less at other places. Great service, too! I’m definitely going back whenever I can.

Is it possible to give negative stars? We need A NEGATIVE STAR OPTION because this was place is the worst!!!! The lady at the counter is very rude. My bagel was not prepared as ordered. The eggs were runny and 2 slices of bacon when I paid for EXTRA.
They would not fix what I already paid for and were extremely rude with the manner they handled my business. I will never come back here. Many other yummy bagel stores in the area – CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a long day at the medical offices across the street in the morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll which was excellent and if you have any specifications like me I prefer eggs over medium they did it perfect ! At lunch I was still here so I ran back across to try something else which I had a simple ham and cheese on a roll and ordered mild chicken wings w blue cheese and the quality of food and taste was nothing but exceptional !!! Great place to grab a bite to eat you won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed the customer service was excellent as well

Paid full price for a lox bagel and got maybe 3 slices of fish. Most bagel shops give u a nice thick lox sandwich. Very cheap and overpriced.

When I lived in Great Neck this was my go to stop for 20+ years. They make yummy breakfast sandwiches and delicious, lunch sandwiches.
Two eggs and bacon on a toasted everything bagel for my son and sausage egg and cheese for papa. if I was really hungry only The Hungry Man giant sandwich would do.
They make fresh and delicious bagels. The business has a new owner but the food and service is still very good.

Under new management since COVID. The previous family who owned Bagel Man for many years sold the business around 2020. The new family who owns it is very capable and continuing the tradition making delicious breakfast and kunch sabdwiches!
