From the moment we walked in we felt rushed. The guy put the wrong meat on my daughter’s sandwich because he was so much in a rush then proceeded to rush through the rest of the order. Towards the end and about to swipe my card and pay, he pulled out his personal cell phone to take a call. Very unprofessional. Also my daughter asked for a water cup and since he was too preoccupied he didn’t give her one.

I have to say, this is the best Subway I have ever been to! The restaurant was spotlessly clean, from the tables to the food prep area. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the difference in every bite. On top of that, the staff was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made my visit a great experience. If you’re looking for a Subway that goes above and beyond, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I got a protein bowl. Mary was who prepared my food. She was very kind and had a smile on her face. She greeted me kindly when I walked in. When ordering, I repeated the type of meat and cheese I wanted because I thought it went on the bottom of the bowl. This is only the second time I’ve ever ordered the protein bowl. Mary kindly let me know that the meat and cheese would be on the top of the veggies. I would need to select my veggies and things first. Very kind lady. So patient with my not knowing how the bowl is prepared.
The only thing that wasn’t 100% was the lettuce. It looked a little sad. However, I know it’s very hard to keep lettuce happy. She was great! Will eat there again because of her service! Thanks Mary!

I’ve always enjoyed subway, especially their chicken breast with bacon on Italian herb and cheese bread with pepper Jack cheese and add a little southwest chipotle sauce before you toast….yummy . The employee there was quick and the sandwich was delicious!

We eat at Subway frequently, but had not eaten at this location. A young hispanic woman “handled” us. My daughter has been ordering the “supreme meats” for years, and even if it’s not currently on their featured menu, they’re always happy to make it. However, this woman says no they don’t have that. Immediately the vibe is unfriendly like we are idiots for not knowing the menu. After another selection is made, and I order my sandwich, then the battle begins. My daughter is only having a few of the toppings, but asks for some extra olives. The result is an irritated addition of 2 tiny halves of olive. The lettuce is in bad shape and the spinach is rotten, so the choices are limited. The only extra I request and have been requesting and receiving for probably 20 years and a thousand visits to Subway, is extra tomatoes please. She defiantly says no it’s only six slices. The tomatoes were small, so the 6 small slices don’t even cover half the bread, and I’m only getting 3 items besides the meat and cheese because of the rotten stuff. The entire experience was unpleasant. The woman clearly dislikes the customers and her goal is prevent them from getting what they want. No smile, no eye contact, just annoyance and declining anything we asked for. Worst service we have ever experienced at a Subway. If she worked for my business, I would fire her immediately.
