Paige makes the best snowballs! She’s always so sweet, welcoming, and takes her time to make sure each snowball is perfect. The flavors are amazing and she knows just how to pile the ice and syrup so it doesn’t melt too fast or get messy. You can tell she really cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. Definitely one of the highlights of stopping by the stand in Rosedale. Highly recommend!

Stopped by on our way home the other day after spending the morning at Patapsco Park. We started not to come because there were a few negative reviews about the service but I’m so glad we did! My daughters loved their treats and I loved the service. We were helped by a young lady named Paige and she was an absolute sweetheart! I left this review today because my daughters are asking to go back so we’re headed back tomorrow afternoon. Hope Paige is working.

This place hits every single time!! This has officially become our snowball stand of the season. The snowballs are flavorful, they load them up with requested toppings, and loads of options to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly, will provide suggestions, and serve you with a smile. I have normally have had a great experience here but we stood in line last evening waiting for our turn and when we got to the counter to order we were told “that it was 9:02pm and they were closed.” I then asked well why would you let us (3 of us) stand in line and wait until we reach the counter to turn us away? The girl stated she didn’t see us (3 of us) standing behind the other 2 women that ordered. I did not argue with her. Just walked away disappointed with 2 children. They displayed very poor customer service. Not sure if we will return.

I’ve been eating snowballs from this place for years. I’m completely and utterly disgusted at what I found at the bottom of my cup today. Some sort of bug (possibly an ant) floating at the bottom of my cup. I WILL NEVER EAT A SNOWBALL AGAIN.
