This is the best Chinese restaurants In La Plata! The owner is so sweet and she makes sure her customers are well taken care of! She let me try the steak egg-roll and It was so good and also the sweet-and-sour chicken is my favorite thing on the menu! If I’m ever looking for a good quick meal, this is the place to go! I am a regular patron of this restaurant, but today I was very disappointed with the service I received. My order clearly stated “no mushrooms,” yet it was prepared incorrectly. After a lot of back and forth (with attitude on the part of the restaurant) they eventually agreed to remake and redeliver the order. When the delivery driver arrived, I was shocked that he requested the incorrect order back. As I explained to him, I had already discarded it. The driver stated he couldn’t give me the new order without retrieving the old one, which is concerning for health and safety reasons as food that has left the restaurant should never be reused or returned.
It wasn’t until I insisted on a refund and told him to keep the new order that he finally agreed to leave it with me.
This experience was both disappointing and disheartening, especially as a customer who has supported this establishment regularly.
