We also have seasonal treats such as Apple Cider Slushies and the best hot cocoa around!! We now have opened our first brick and mortar in Lawrence!

I’m honestly confused reading this review because it does not reflect the business I’ve been coming to every single day. Moo & Lou Frozen Treats has one of the warmest, most welcoming, family-friendly environments in this city. The staff is always clean, respectful, and goes out of their way to make sure every customer is good kids included.
If there was truly hair in your ice cream or an issue with your milkshake, the normal thing to do would’ve been to bring it back, speak to the staff, and give them a chance to make it right. They’re not the type to ignore a concern; they would’ve remade it or refunded it on the spot.
But leaving a harsh review without giving them the opportunity to fix anything and then not having a visible Google profile to verify who you are seems more like an attempt to tear down a good establishment than an honest complaint.
Don’t hide behind Google to try and damage a business that has hundreds of loyal customers who come here every single day and know the quality of service they provide. One negative comment doesn’t override the real experiences this community has had here.
Moo & Lou is a staple for a reason.
Next time, just communicate. They’re always willing to make it right.

I came here for the first time today. This place has a nice chic vibe. The ice cream is delicious, so much in fact that it rivals Cold Stone. You can buy hand made jewelry and garden decor to the left as soon as you walk in.
Some board games and books everyone is welcome to play and read. The staff are very friendly as well. They sell cookies and cupcakes at the checkout counter. Interactive art are in the walls to see. I’ve had the affgato. So good that I bought two. I didn’t take a picture because I ate/drank them too fast. My mom had three scoops of ice cream. One flavor was the pistachio. Super good. 10/10 will return again.

This has got to be one of the best GEMS in Lawrence. My son spilled his milkshake everywhere. The owner cleaned up the mess. She was super kind. She made me another milk shake for FREE. I didn’t get a chance to turn it down. Her daughter interacted with my child as well. They have fun toys for kids. They have no rules or expectations for the kids to not be messy. They run a FAMILY environment where kids are encouraged to be kids. They leave out stickers and fun art projects for kids. I forgot to mention the amazing prices and awesome flavors. But yeah, I’m a life time customer. Thanks you to the wonderful owners!

The best sweet treat spot in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas! The shop is beautifully decorated, and the treats are in abundance and never disappoint. The owners are the kindest people I have ever met and their hand picked staff reflects their values. Not only do they have the best treats but their shop is full of books and games for families to enjoy together. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of reality. We love this new-to-us ice cream spot. It has great outdoor seating in front and back for the kids to play games. The inside offers additional activities for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend checking this place out. The ice cream is awesome and they have a ton of selections. Very kind staff as well.

For my husband’s and my first visit, we had two of our grandchildren with us. What a fabulous family-oriented atmosphere! The indoor seating options were eclectic, providing different seating styles for different folks. They had tons of games and some toys that drew the kids away from their electronic devices for good family fun. Oh, yeah, and they had ice cream and other frozen treats. So many choices!
My granddaughter took the photo of her big Butter Pecan and Cookie Monster double-scoop cone. I had Pistachio, and it was delicious!
