An employee stood in front of the warmer for way too long playing around and rearranging boxes. then i get in my car and this is what i get… a mess. every single time i get a sandwich from this location it is an absolute mess. not to mention every time i get an english muffin it seems to be hard as a rock and nearly inedible

This is my first time at a WaWa, even though I’ve driven past many. The wrap I had was pretty good.
The restroom was in decent shape, and the showroom floor was busy with multiple staff members stocking the shelves. The crew in the food prep area didn’t seem to be keen on acknowledging quests waiting for their food as they were too busy engaged in full-on conversations about personal stuff.
I get it, but at least they should stop to acknowledge clients.

This is insane how you guys will have this kind of service, give me three items in bear hands my coffee spilled all over my car trying to maneuver how to handle until I place things inside this is unacceptable horrible I ask for a bag and they say they not give a bag when I seen a bunch of bags in counter top I am a regular here I came 2 nights ago and I get a bag please this is so dumb I am offended

When this location first opened they had better service and you didn’t have to worry about them forgetting items for your deli order. I have had 3 different occasions where they forgot items. I wouldn’t care so much if they didn’t charge extra for each item, but alas there are other wawas!
