Kupbop Korean BBQ is definitely popular, and it shows — there’s usually a long line and some waiting time. That said, the food makes it worth it. The flavors are delicious, portions are satisfying, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The staff is friendly, patient, and efficient even when it’s busy, which makes the experience better. If you don’t mind waiting a bit, this is a great spot for tasty Korean BBQ.

We just ate here about 30 mins ago. It’s my first time ordering the bibimbap and bingsu. My sister ordered here as well and got the bingsu. Food is great, the bibimbap could use more bulgogi because it’s an extra $2.99 to add it on top of $12.99. The bingsus are $12.99. During checkout the lady asked if I wanted to wait to finish my food then come back for the bingsu like my sister did. So I said yes. We ate our food then came back to get our bingsu’s and this guy started yelling “We yelled for you 200 times!!!” Multiple times which took me aback because the lady said we can come back for the bingsu. So someone didn’t communicate to the guy and for this 2 star for communication.

Kupbop is my favorite Korean restaurant in Louisville. We’re truly lucky to have authentic milk shaved ice here in Kentucky! I used to drive to big cities for it, but now we have it right here in Louisville. My teenage daughter loves the potato hot dogs—they’re so yummy! I also love their spicy pork bowl and tteokbokki!!!

So delicious!! You should come here if you want to try a different and amazing corn dog experience. You can get a filling with just cheese if you do not eat pork which is great.

Very tasty spot at the mall. We tried the Korean corn dog (fried cheese with yum yum sauce and sugar on top) as well as the Korean fried chicken and a spicy chicken bowl. Everything tasted fresh and very yummy. The corn dog tasted like a Big Crunchy and slightly sweet mozzarella stick.

This food is absolutely INCREDIBLE! What’s better is the service! The staff is so kind and helpful. My kids ordered their own food with confidence and they were so helpful, patient and even took the time to ask how we liked our food when we were done. I 10/10 recommend this place. The food was so full of flavor and the portion size was very generous for the price! I just can’t say enough good about KupBop!!!

The Korean style hot dogs & the shaved ice were both really good! Service was fast & friendly. You can choose between original & potato for the outside, and sausage, mozerella, or half’n’half on the inside. Traditionally, the sauce is drizzled on your hot dog but I prefer mine on the side. I really enjoyed the bits of mochi in the strawberry shaved ice.

This is an authentic Korean-style street food restaurant run by Koreans. I tried the original Korean sausage, and it was soft and flavorful. Tteokbokki is usually spicy, but this one was a bit sweet. The kimbap was above average. You should try it if you feel hungry while shopping in the mall. Strongly Recommended.

The restaurant added a new menu item, which prompted me to edit my review. The mixed grain powder bingsu was my favorite bingsu and I was surprised to find it here in Louisville Kentucky. I can highly recommend the other bingsus as well.

the korean-style corndogs here are the best. they also own the red brick next to them. they sell korean-style bingsu. the misugaru flavor is the best. misugaru has a toasty, nutty flavor. love the mochi and red bean toppings. if you want authentic korean street snacks, this is the place!
