Stood in the bar for 5 minutes. No bar tender to be found. Walked to casino. Stood directly in front of 3 employees while they talked for another 5. They couldn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I hope the owner reads these. Your staff sucks.

I give this place 5 stars on everything! Awesome ppl awesome owner great staff! My favorite bar in great falls! They have a food truck most of the time now and they are really good! So not just drinking gambling and poker but great food! Follows Papo’s LLC on Facebook and you can get there schedule! Awesome place! If you haven’t checked them out you need to!

The atmosphere is great and Great staff. Only reason I give 4 stars is because customer service is the only reason that establishments like “The Frontier Inn” are in business. Step it up a notch on making sure the customers don’t have to get up from there seat at a machine to ask for another soda, busy or not, high roller or not, customer is a customer. It makes me lean towards stopping at a different casino if my legs are tired and I don’t want to get up to chase down a Dr pepper.

The frontier Inn is a nice little place off the beaten path where they have music to listen or dance to in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights. Once in awhile you can get in on a game of poker or you’re more than welcome to hit a few machines to see if you win anything. If you’re hungry they do have frozen pizzas available that they’ll cook for you and chips available also. Full bar so you can get alcohol beverages or I think it’s Coke products they serve.
