Hi. I love this papa johns you guys are better than the other chains. However. I remember specifically ordering a pineapple and bacon pizza and I got pineapple and bacon without any sauce or cheese. We ate it we aren’t picky , however my wife that usually tells me I’m wrong watched me place this order. I think your system has a bug or something.

The quality of ingredients that Papa John has had has severely decreased over the years. It’s still decent pizza for the price. But my pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza could have been a lot better. The side salad is so small pretty much only for one person and it’s almost $8. I was really disappointed in that. Overall it was prompt service but the food can definitely be better.

I want to start out by saying I am a HUGE pizza lover. Pizza (like most foods) has gone up in cost. This SPECIFIC location is LIFE CHANGING. The managers Tobi and Tristan are just unmatched. They are huge on making sure your pizza is perfect, right down to COOK TIME! I never had a bad experience with them, which had got me to be more involved in who was running the place. Papa johns used to be better, and I THOUGHT they fell off… not until I went to this location, was I proven wrong. It’s CLEAN and had this sense of an updated environment, to include holidays. It has become home. I send all my friends here now when they want an affordable yer great tasting pizza. I thank Tobi and Tristian for that. All the workers their seem to be happy and not overwhelmed as well. I did not understand it until I met tobi.. that’s when I knew they were just being treated right. I can’t day enough! Look out for their deals, and their carry outs prices are worth it! Much love to this location!

Papa John’s has gone downhill significantly. What used to be a friendly delicious pizza parlor has now been turned into a grumpy, greedy, pizza version of Burger King with an equal amount of grease. The person on the phone was fairly kind which is good to know since he was the manager, but that is no saving element for the $18 dollar charge (with a coupon) for two pizzas that were mediocre at best. I would have rated 3 stars had they remembered half of the toppings I ordered. It seems they have forgotten how the order goes. It was all buried under a thin amount of cheese with too much sauce and far more grease than the human body should consume. I doubt this review will be looked at considering there are dozens of 1 stars and it seems they do not care to respond. Seems like Papa needs to talk to his Mama on some manners. I hope they can improve, because $18 for 2 piles of trash is not how I wanted to spend my lunch. Service was good but did not expect a call back asking for a tip after pizza was delivered. 2 stars is generous. Good luck Papa. You’ll need it.

I had ordered a pizza on valentines day for pick up. went to get it and my pizza was nowhere to be found so I had to wait for another one. got it home and it wasn’t even cooked all the way.they gave me a credit. the next week I went to use the credit and also added extra cheese, went and got it and after getting home found it only had pepperoni on one side. I called was told I would get another replacement but no credit was ever added. that will be the last time I go there .

I love my local Papa Johns! The food options are varied and tasty. The staff, especially the delivery personnel are so polite professional and friendly! I have not been disappointed EVER! Love the BBQ wings, always hot and perfectly sauced, in fact I’d love to but the sauce for other meats. I strongly encourage tipping on-line AND adding a little extra cash when the driver arrives! I do so because I delivered pizza in High School 40 years ago and understand the difficulty involved to get food delivered accurately and quickly. Truly love MY local Papa Johns!!!!! Can’t say enough about this store. I’m a “Papa John’s” client for life!!!!
