If you ever want a burger you could break windows with this is the place. Staff and management are pretty incompetent too. They can’t seem to listen long enough to get your order right but they sure can play on their phones and hang out while you’re in line.

Beautiful new restaurant run by people you cannot understand and who cannot understand you either. I caught an error on my receipt in the drive-thru (even though they repeated back to me what I was asking for, they still had it wrong). I told them at the window, to which they responded, “I got you.” Then, I was still delivered the wrong order and went inside to wait 5 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged. There were only three other patrons in the restaurant, and none of them were at the counter. I had specified that I didn’t want the middle bun on my Big Mac and was delivered a Big Mac in a container with no bun at all. When I was inside telling then yet again that I wanted the outer un, I was told they cannot take special orders by holding the middle bun (as I get it at every other McDonald’s). Well, the third time they gave me another container with everything but the bun and gave me a bun in a separate wrapper. Too much trouble. I will not be back, even if I have to drive 10 miles out of my way.

One of the most poorly run Mcdonalds in the area. Manager “Don” has zero customer service skills. Placed order, then waited 10 minutes for them to come tell me the ice cream machine was broken. Asked for a refund, but manager was “busy” so i had to wait 15 minutes for him to not be busy before getting my refund. He seemed angry at me, did not say a word. I would have probably not written this review if he at least offered an apology, but after wasting 25 minutes, I walked out with no food.

Ordered 2 sundaes with extra chocolate on 1/1/26, usually when I order this, it’s perfect, tonight the cups were not full, no extra chocolate and probably should have had them remade. This particular location has many issues with not getting the order correct, food cold and rude service! I was excited to have a McDonalds close to my home but this McDonalds is so poorly run, I choose McDonalds that are further away so I get the service a paying customer should receive!

I don’t even know why I special order at this location they never get it right. I ordered two double cheese no mustard extra ketchup and onions and add lettuce. I did that on both of them. Barely any ketch up a couple pieces of lettuce no onions no pickles. Why would I pay a dollar extra for lettuce for only a couple pieces.

Sat waiting in the drive thru for someone to acknowledge a car was there then had to wait longer for them to take my order. They did not repeat my order, post it on the screen, tell me the total, or make sure I was done before shifting to the next car in the other lane. Nobody was staffing the payment window. They didn’t offer a receipt and claimed they could not print a receipt the printer was broken. Probably didn’t want to give me a receipt or tell me how much the order total was because the cashier upsized my combo and charged extra for it without asking. They forgot my kid’s nugget sauce. This location positively sucks.

If I could leave a zero star review, I absolutely would. I am beyond appalled by the lack of customer service and complete absence of quality. I have given up hope that this location will improve with time since it is a newer location. I have made several complaints which have fallen on deaf ears every single time. This is fast food, your job is not hard. Read the screen, fill the order. That simple. This store should be removed from Door Dash and every member of the incompetent management should be fired. You give McDonald’s a bad name and the other reviews on this page seem to support this as a fact.

What you will receive when you place an order at this McDonald’s location: stale bread, cold fries, cold burgers, hard rubber chicken nuggets, absolutely NO sauce, and my personal favorite missing items or an all together incorrect order.

We had sleet and snow overnight. Drive through at 10:15am was ok from car exhaust melting the ice, but the parking lot was untouched and completely covered in snow and ice. Very slippery for anyone parking and eating inside. Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I’ve been here 4 times since they opened. While they seem to be improving, they still have a way to go. The first two times, my order was wrong. The last two, they got it right and it tasted great. I’m happy to see a diverse staff, but they need to have someone who is easier to understand taking drive-through orders. I can’t understand them and never know if what they repeat back is actually what I ordered.

I also suggest reworking the parking lot drive to the south, which is exit only, as entering through the Mobile entrance is problematic. If I see a line trying to get into the lot, I continue driving and stop somewhere else.

Please keep working to make improvements.

I came to eat here with a large group of people. The waitress was exceptional, friendly, and on top of things. And the cook was accommodating to our specific needs. Had a great time!

No customer service, no condiments, food was cold and felt like it was sitting for awhile before they gave it to us. Very rude staff. I’m sorry if you don’t put things like napkins, ketchup packets, etc. in the lobby and we had to keep asking for stuff. Do better!
