What a nice surprise. The food was excellent we could tell as we could smell the kitchen as we walked up. The staff was wonderful. The menu had about 15 items total which I appreciate especially since they all tasted and appeared delicious. Excellent wine selection. Highly recommend if you’re passing through or live in Pocatello.

Brick 243 is amazing. If you haven’t eaten here, you must. I’ll tell you why. This place is all about shareable dishes. The food is meant to be shared with others. I recommend coming with at least one other person. I was with a large group and we were able to try many menu items. We had three crostini boards. The lox board, jalapeño cheddar bacon board, and the mushroom basil pesto board. They were so good. Crostinis are toasted slices of bread, the size of a baguette, with lots of tasty toppings on it. We also had the bread and pesto, which was great. We had the proper pork sandwich, the Frankie sub, and the tacos. Everything was delicious. The food is high quality and you won’t regret coming. Portion sizes aren’t large, but if you order a crostini board with your meal, you’ll be full afterwards. The sandwiches comes with chips not fries, so don’t be surprised. The sign outside is eye catching, it made me want to stop by. The inside is very cool and the art on the walls is fun to see. The service was personable and great. I recommend Brick 243.

Wow. What a neat spot! They have a funky vibe that may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I liked it. I saw a few people come check it out and then leave. Their loss. I had the mix and match bruschetta platter and it was really good. Their food is creative and well balanced. If I’m ever back in Pocatello, I’m definitely going to stop back by.

I’ve enjoyed Brick 243 so much when traveling in from Boston, that I recently hosted a private cocktail and hors d’ouevres event there as well! Angeline and team were highly responsive and professional, from planning stage through execution. I love the boutique-like ambience, lighting, coziness, and the wonderfully crafted food. I highly recommend this gem of a spot to anyone traveling in from out of town who is looking for a classy, yet relaxed experience for dinner, or for a private event. TOP NOTCH!

This is our absolute favorite place in all of Idaho to eat. We are originally from Utah and they have great food there, we were spoiled. Moving to Idaho was a huge change for us in the food scene and didn’t find anything we loved until eating here. This place is big city quality food at great prices. Everything we got was literal perfection. If you haven’t been here yet, run asap. Such a hidden gem in Poky!
