I don’t leave a ton of reviews, but this place is epic. I’ve only had the Philly Cheesesteak. It’s was amazing.
If you’re into cheesesteaks, this is more of a Pats King of Steaks instead of Genos. The meat is finely chopped and crispy. That’s always my preference so figured if that’s yours…now ya know.
They offer regular and large. I got the regular and it was huge. I seriously thought he had accidentally given me a large. I’m ordering large next time because I gotta see that.
On my attached pic, I had already eaten some fries. They give you plenty of those too.

The cheese is generously and evenly distributed throughout the bun, ensuring flavor in every bite. How cow (and lamb)!!! I had the beef & lamb gyro with sweet potatoes tater tots! The meat was seasoned so perfect & very tender. The tots were so hot & crisp, they almost burned my mouth. They were the BEST sweet potato tots i ever had. This meal was divine!! I was told to come back and have the cheese steak because it’s their best seller. I will definitely go back.

My husband grabbed a couple of phillys for us on the way home from work today and they did not disappoint. He said the owner invited him to sit down and chat and was super pleasant. We are looking forward to trying this again as well as his pizza truck!! This picture does not do the amount of meat inside justice. They were loaded!

The absolute BEST cheesesteak in the Branson/Springfield area by far. I’m from PA and this is as authentic as it gets, as good as anything I’ve had back home. I got the Philly with mushrooms, peppers & onions ($1 extra for cheese-wiz a.k.a. “Wiz!”), and it was pure art: a perfect roll stuffed full with fresh ingredients served steaming hot in under 8 minutes. The side basket of fries weren’t included but you get a huge portion of fries for under $5. And don’t let the fact that this is in a food truck park scare you away…picnic table seating is offered or a high table with padded chairs under a covered area next to the food truck. The owner was friendly and checked on us after we had our food to make sure we were happy. Turns out he has connections to Philadelphia, so this is indeed the real deal. Very impressive overall, over-the-top delicious, big portions, friendly owner, 10/10, this place is no joke. If you’re looking for the can’t miss “secret spot” small business to support while you’re in Branson, whether you live here or you’re on vacation here, this is it.

I have been coming to the Philly Truck for the last nine months. Every time it is nothing but smiles from Boban and his wife and brother. Coming from Chicago. It’s hard to find good short order out here in Branson, and they have the best gyro in town! Let them cater your next work event or birthday party, and you will not be disappointed with the quality of food and all of the smiles you will receive! If you’re looking for a great Philly or Gyro, the Philly Truck is your new spot! PS. If you’re a fry guy like me, they are better than McDonalds with better oil used to cook them! Ask for a batch next time you come in!
