I ordered $60.00 worth of chicken wings, 2 weeks in advance of my important event. The day before the event, I got a call from Kroger without a message. The time of pickup I was advised that they didn’t make my order. The supervisor corrected the issue and saved my event and my sanity.

The parking lot is horrible on a hill. My cart full of goceries turned over sideways as I was walking out to my car with it. The prices are higher as it’s in a poor neighborhood and people who can’t travel to the newer Kroger’s in the nicer neighborhoods have no choice but to pay the higher prices. They have much less variety of products than the bigger stores and it’s not as clean either. I do want to say on a positive note though that the people who do work there are helpful and very friendly. They always have people to check you out so you don’t have a long wait when in line so what it lacks in one area it does make up for in others
