Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Lilly was the one who took our order and she was super nice and looked like she was trying her best, I tipped her $5!!! The food here is so good and reading these bad reviews make me angry because how can u be so angry at a FAST FOOD place it’s not that deep, you want your food cooked??? Abby she was amazing I have to say we were afraid to eat at Whataburger after our experience in Missouri, but if we had to pick a Whataburger, this would be the Whataburger that we would always come to at the Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs but Abby was a phenomenal person. She literally went out of her way gave us good conversation a beautiful smile and just a beautiful person all around you guys need more stuff like that even though everyone else seems to be very kind and it was very nice and appreciated, but Abby went above and beyond thank you Abby. I don’t know if you remember us where the Puerto Rican people that came in. God bless you keep your good attitude. We had an excellent experience! Amari was extremely helpful, and patiently answered our questions about menu items, helping us decide what to order. His product knowledge was as exceptional as his manners.
Everything was delicious. The green chile double (+bacon) and spicy chicken burger were standout items. The fries were sooo good too.
Vanilla shake with cookie was divine. Our apple pie was crispy perfection

$15 for a fast food burger and onion rings. Let that sink in. That is INSANE. I will not come back here, ever again. What an absolute rip off! You may as well go to a sit down restaurant for that much. What are you guys thinking?
Want cheese on your burger? That’s extra. Forget about ketchup, it doesn’t come with that either. For my side I got onion rings, and they gave me about 5 onion rings, total. And no, they aren’t full size onion rings either.
The burger is pretty much an exact carbon copy of a whopper from Burger King. I guess that’s flattering to BK, but it’s a bit embarrassing for whataburger to just copy another fast food joint’s burger.

I’m a big Whataburger fan, and would routinely order from a different one close by, but happened to stop by this location on my way to work.
The service was alright, nothing special and was quite adequate, but the food I received was undercooked and lukewarm, which made me sick.
I cannot recommend you order from here, and if you do make sure to double check the order you get before leaving to ensure it was properly prepared.

I love whataburger and drive miles to another city for it. This one has the worst service. The “chocolate” and “strawberry” shakes we got were gross, they were vanilla shakes with thick syrup on the bottom of the cup. When Perin handed them to me I told her I’d like them mixed she said she is not the one who made them… baffling response to my request, I said okay but can they get mixed for us and she said that’s how they come…also messed my one of the burgers but that’s no biggie, the staff there were not friendly at all. We ended up trying to mix them with straws and spoons making a mess and just not a great experience. Never coming back to this whataburger. I do not recommend this one, the one Morrison is amazing and super friendly.

My Girlfiend, roommate and I ordered $50+ worth of food. Normally we don’t have issues but tonight was an experience for sure. The was a mix up withe our food and were waiting 15-20 minutes. We got home and my GF’s sandwich was missing. We went back and the pictures posted show the sandwich the replaced it with. Needles too say I’m not coming back to this location. I’d recommend avoiding the night crew at least.

Food tastes standard for whataburger as someone that grew up in tx. Good luck getting what you pay for though, especially if you use the drive thru and don’t have time to pull your sandwich apart to check. Every time I’ve asked for an extra patty or bacon (or just now, both), it gets forgotten; but you best believe they don’t forget to charge you for it.

First time I have eaten at the Whataburger Garden of The Gods!! My best friend played a joke on me in the drive thru. Jack Hoff and Your Mom’s order was picked up by us. The staff handled it creatively, cleverly and we had excellent customer service, with a smile. Thanks to the guy and gal that gave us our food at the drive thru!!
