Saffron Indian Cuisine impressed from the moment we sat down. The décor is striking, warm wood tones, elegant details, and a refined yet comfortable atmosphere. The food was excellent, rich flavors, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. Service was attentive and smooth throughout. A beautiful spot for a relaxed, elevated dining experience. Definitely worth returning.

We had such a great experience at Saffron in Fort Wayne. The waitress was super kind and accommodating, which honestly made the night even better. The atmosphere felt very cozy and calming, with beautiful natural colors that made it feel welcoming and relaxed.
We ordered the dal makhani, malai kofta, butter naan, garlic naan, and finished with gulab jamun — everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. You can really tell care goes into the food here.
Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you love comforting, flavorful Indian food

Excellent food, ambience and service! We ordered their masala fries, tandoori tacos, chicken hakka noodles and rose lassi. The flavors were excellent and personally as an Indian, I’m extremely happy that they have a few Indo-Chinese items on their menu which is not available in any of the other Indian restaurants in FW. They also asked for feedback for all the food we ordered so that they can do better if necessary. I hope their soft launch goes well and they’re successful. We’ll definitely be back!

This is definitely a Punjabi vibe place to eat. I was short of time so had pani puri only. But i will come for full mean in few days and will update my review. You are not dealing with one server only. The whole team comes and treat you make you comfortable. Definitely coming back

10 out of 10. Everything was amazing. Food was at the perfect temp, flavor, texture, portions, everything. I got the Chicken Biryani with 2 sides of garlic naan. It was fantastic. This is my normal order when trying a new Indian joint…and this is the best I ever had. The staff were pros, kind, friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to bring my friends here who have never tried Indian food.

Saffron is a very nice cafe, upscale and nicely decorated, yet cozy. The staff is friendly and happy to serve you. We had the Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi, both with medium spice level and they were delicious, cooked perfectly, and the right spice level for us (we like it hot). We recommend you give them a try.

We went opening night and enjoyed the food so much we came back for lunch the next day! I had the saag paneer and butter chicken, both were amazing and authentic. Today I got the tikka wrap from the “fusion” portion of the menu. it was a wonderful, possibly the most delicious wrap I’ve ever had.
The mango lassi was also excellent- smooth and creamy and the perfect flavor. Atmosphere is very warm and inviting, food was incredible, and the service was great (the manager personally came over to make sure everything was going well). I will definitely be back and telling all my friends to go to Saffron!!
