Unbelievably delicious. This was my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick and it will NOT be my last. The restaurant was clean and the staff (specifically the two young ladies at the order counter) were so friendly, helpful and accommodating from the second I opened the door to walk inside. They made great suggestions, with many options, which helped me during the order process due to this being my first time eating there. I wolfed down my entire order. I was stuffed but I could have eaten even more. I ordered the 2 Scoop entree with 2 sides (the young lady at the counter where you order suggested this because one of the two sides can be a third scoop) so I ordered the Kickin’ Kay Lynne, the Scottie, the new one called the Greek Goddess and the grape salad. Everything was delicious. I wouldn’t change one thing about any of them. I will order the exact same thing the next time I eat there, which will be very, very soon. I was completely blown away by everything from the second I walked into the restaurant. Great job CSC!!

I absolutely adore this place. The food is fantastic and I continue to go back over and over. The potato soup is surprisingly delicious and I eat a lot of soup in general. I love the fruity Fran and fancy Nancy. I tried the buffalo and classic carol, they’re both delicious. The crew that works here is always amazing and friendly. I’m always impressed by their customer service and quick service even in busy times. I really appreciate having such a pleasant experience.

I introduced a friend to this restaurant because she likes chicken Salad. She really enjoyed her melt.saying the salad was prepared perfectly.
We both had the melted salad sandwich with the grape salad side. Hers was the classic salad and mine the lemon basil. They both were very yummy.
They are sandwiches but here’s probably a whole scoop of chicken Salad.
Chicken Salad Chick is a little pricey, but worth the price with the good salad choices and sides.

Excellent experience. Order was placed online and ready when I arrived. The great thing about this place is that there are separate lines for dine in and pick up. Having that avoids delays for both staff and customers. The chicken poblano soup is delicious.

If you were looking forward to the Cesar chicken salad wrap just save yourself and order something else. After waiting 15 minutes for my order this is what I was presented with. It looked just like this when I opened the box so I went back inside and asked about it and the girl told me that it is one scoop just “spread out”. I told her it looks nothing like the picture they advertise and there is more tortilla than anything else. She still didn’t care. They should at least give a heads up that you’ll be eating a tortilla with the smallest amount of chicken salad. It is so empty that it just opens up because it might as well be a plain tortilla. Very disappointed.

So Delicious I had to go two days in a row. So many different variations of chicken salad and Each and every single one of them is delicious. My personal favorite is the Sassy Scotty fancy Nancy is up there at the top as well. Get it by the scoop, order it with a salad or as a sandwich. Soup of the day is also available, as well as a kids menu which includes Options like pbj and Mac n cheese. If you haven’t stopped at a chicken salad chick you don’t know what you’re missing!

Manager very rude! I asked for two scoops of different chicken salad in a separate box, and when the manager handed to me where in the same box, I requested to put in a separate boxes she went back to the kitchen and shouted out, to put in a separate boxes, how stupid is that also I asked for extra crackers twice and didn’t give me any extra…. I wasn’t paying very much attention but I heard her saying that and a lady come to me saying yes she was referring to my food….. I confronted in the back of the restaurant and she didn’t want to talk leaving talking to my self!! Never going back again!
