Half Baked Bistro is one of those places you keep going back to because there’s always something unique you won’t find anywhere else. I eat here often, and everything from their protein bowls to their breakfast options is fresh, flavorful, and made with care.
The bakery alone is worth the stop — their sweets are on a whole different level. You can tell they put real effort into what they make, and it shows in the quality. On top of the great food, the owner and employees are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for something different and genuinely good, Half Baked Bistro is definitely worth checking out.

10/10 would recommend recommend! If you have time to stop by definitely stop in and grab some delicious breakfast or lunch! I got the sausage egg and cheese breakfast bowl and a honeybee latte and the food and drink was amazing! Best breakfast in town by far. Would highly recommend you stop in and support a local small business!

We just popped in after seeing they had pierogi on their menu. We ended up taking home a few varieties and I added a brisket and egg on a waffle. Best thing I have ever eaten! Owner is super cool and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back for thier other options and the Apple festival ❤

Last minute my family member wasn’t able to make sweets for my daughters first birthday. I went into half baked and the lady that helped me (so sorry didn’t catch her name) was so nice and was able to get my order in right away – a week before my daughters birthday! We ordered cupcakes, cake pops and macaroons! They were so beautiful and oh man were they tasty! My daughter loved her first cupcake! Highly recommend for your next party for sure!

I love their baked goods. They’re so good, yummy, fresh and just amazing. Today my hubby surprised me with a lemon bar and it’s the most delicious lemon bar I’ve ever had! I like their raspberry chocolate and chocolate covered strawberry macarons as well. Oh, and their Thanksgiving pecan pie is outstanding!!
Their hours are always weird and feel kind of rand but if you’re determined and live nearby you can stop by there every once in a while for a delicious treat!

I can’t speak on the food, I feel bad even leaving a review, but please please please inform your employees with the correct information. I did not pre-order a pie for thanksgiving because I was told there would be a few pumpkin pies at the front first come first serve the day before thanksgiving. I showed up right at opening and there were no pies and was informed that they did not bake pies for the shelf and it was only pre-orders. I am very disappointed in this experience.

This place never has my favorite breakfast sandwich in stock or available. Wait a week sometimes for this place to open, just for that sandwich, and it not be available. Nice owner, quality food, but low quantity will never fare well with customers especially with favorites on the menu. Little too pricey anyway.

Stopped in for the first time, the owner and staff was super friendly and informative. All of the treats were made on site, and are delicious. I got a funfetti cupcake and a mini lemon cream puff. I also got a Jamaica me happy iced coffee, made with locally sourced coffee beans, ah-ma-zing! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend the food enough. I had the brisket and eggs as a Rito and it was the perfect size. Also, the macrons are as beautiful as they are tasty! I wish I were local so I could be a regular.
