Our first time here and we love it. Great place to eat. We order a pastrami sandwich and was delicious. Also order a nutella latte was amazing. We had the chance to meet one of the managers she was very friendly and polite. Definitely coming back.

This is the third time I have been here. And this is the third time I have been underwhelmed. Back before COVID I used to go to the spot in the heights and loved Boulevard. The menu was great, food was great and it really always had this feeling like it was a diamond in the rough. An Arkansas treasure. COVID happened and I fell out of going. Now I work close to this one and it’s not even close to the memory. Not much of a selection, run down looking, and really just bland in all aspects. Today just sealed it for me. No one was in front of me, three workers behind the counter and I was being rushed by the person behind the register. Once I ordered my food came out quicker than my drink (by the time of 10 minutes) even though there was no one else in front of my order. Got the food (which was a new sandwich for the third time) and bland was all I could think. Nothing remarkable going on and really underwhelming. The chips had more flavor than the sandwich. I’m just surprised because Boulevard used to get high praise from me and I would send friends to them. Not any more.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do it! The food is great! The atmosphere is cute..nice chill music happening, jewlery and thibgs for sale in one part of it, fresh bread in another area. The service though was phenomenal Both girls working yesterday whike I was in were top tier in conversation and helping me with what u should get. I also watched, “Bek,” conversate with every single customer who walked through the door. Definitely will be back again.

Really good, reliable, local spot for bread, pastries, caffeine, and sandwiches. The porchetta sandwich is definitely my favorite as the ciabatta goes really well with the pork, which is a bit messy. Sometimes they put out day old loaves that you can buy at low prices. Service is great.

Ordered a pastrami sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was very good. The type of sandwich, if I lived nearby, would be a weekly treat. Coffee was fresh. Their bakery is in the back, and I couldn’t resist getting a baguette. A little chewy and very soft on the inside, so good. Personally, I prefer my bread to be crispy with a little char. Don’t get me wrong, I would still gladly grab another baguette from here. Nice little place. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I lived nearby, I would be a regular.

My daughter and I ate here for lunch and loved it. I had the PLT, pancetta lettuce and tomato. She had the pancetta breakfast sandwich. I also had a white chocolate ice coffee that was delicious. Today was a beautiful and breezy. We enjoyed sitting outside on their patio area watching people walk past and eating lunch. The location is perfect and the woman who helped us was nice.
Also, it’s right next to Loblolly. You can’t get much better than that.

The ham and Swiss is so good! The Honey mustard tasted homemade. Warning – the half sandwich was more than enough for one. The whole would feed two people (unless you’re suuuuper hungry). The pastrami looked good too.
