I had two bad experiences with them! Normally I don’t even do reviews. All around I’m a pretty fair person. The first time I had them the food was delicious. Which made me want to go back, when I got there I looked at what they had and I asked the lady how long had it been since the chicken had been up there. Very rudely she replied “ ma’am we cook the chicken and when it’s gone we cook more” I looked at her and calmly I replied that’s not the question I asked you, I asked her again how long had the chicken been up there and cooked. She said “ I told you” I told her that I was ok and I left. The second time I went was yesterday there were 3 pieces of chicken, it was my sister and I so of course we wanted to know if they’d cook more. This time the female was younger, it had just turned 6:00 online it says that they close at 9:00pm she responding very quickly almost in the same manner as the previous woman “we stop cooking at 6:00” I’m thinking ok 3 hours before closing? Cool, my sister purchased 2 of the 3 that were there which she said had only been up there for 10 minutes along with everything else that was up there. The chicken tasted like it had been up there for 4 hours! I’m disappointed because I live not even 5 minutes from this place and I felt like it was a pretty nice place to run up the street and grab on my lunch! Customer Service and food was just horrible!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sign says .50 for “extra” sauce. If I buy tenders it should come with a sauce that’s anywhere you go. However this insanely rude man that operates this store will start yelling at you telling you it’s .50 extra which is fine but why do I have to be screamed at like I’m stupid. I’ve been twice and the chicken was extremely cold if you ask them when they cooked it before you but they get mad and yell (again) can we get buddy another job because he hates this one.
