I’m in town from New Hampshire for break to visit family and I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times in the last week or so and have had an amazing experience each time.
In the morning the wait in the Drive Thru can definitely be long, but I’ve had pleasant conversations with the people manning the window, including a girl with really cool pink/purple hair and a taller gentleman with a buzzcut. The wait barely felt like anything since they were so welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly.
The cafe itself is tidy and more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I’ve been to and it was nice to have somewhere to relax and study without being squished right next to a bunch of strangers. The young woman who took my order in the evening complimented me on my makeup and we had a brief conversation about brands that we like.
Overall I would say this is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to and they definitely have a well-oiled machine and a team full of great people. I think I’ll miss it when I go back home.

The Del Rio location is hands down the BEST Starbucks anywhere. We’ve been going there daily, for years, and I don’t think that we’ve ever had an order that was incorrect. The attention to detail is actually quite stunning. Kudos to management for hiring the best crew. Especially Liam! We can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I can’t rave about this store enough! I normally come here on my way to my night shift and the evening crew is also so kind and always make my somewhat complicated drink correctly. I normally come through the drive-thru and I almost never have to wait for my drink but when I do they are always engaging and ask about my day and now since we know each other more I get greeted by name! It’s obvious to me that they all enjoy what they do!

This location is always over crowded and hard to pull in and out of for the drive through location. I had purchased 2 coffee beverages but my daughter wanted a cup of water. She went and asked for water but was told she had to buy something to get it. This is the first and only time we have had this problem at Starbucks! Probably won’t go back to this location again..Disappointed!

After waiting 12 minutes past when my coffee was due I went to ask about it an they acted like they didn’t want to talk to me I asked if they was going to make it 2 employees didn’t even want to Acknowledge me, I felt a bit discriminated against. I probably would’ve got a coffee if I had purple hair.

Very nice, clean store with friendly staff, especially as early as I was there. The bathroom was very clean as well. Got a brown sugar shaken espresso for the first time. It was really good. If I am ever back in town, I will visit this location again!

I love the new Starbucks on Hillsboro Road. It is very spacious indoors with great parking and nice outdoor seating. The staff are very nice and friendly.

I like to walk to this location from home. Recently on multiple occasions their indoor dining area has been closed unexpectedly in the morning while their drive through has been open. I have seen other local neighbors and walkers like me turned away.

Staff were rude for absolutely no reason, only one nice person of the bunch. Other two were weird and rude, food was good though. Forgot our croissant and rolled he or she’s eyes at us when we mentioned it
