I guess the saying goes it’s hard to find good health these days I come into this panda express not as much as I do but the workers here have no clue of what they’re doing. There was a lot of food items missing on the hot bar employees running to the drive-through window talking to their friends While customers are waiting for their food or trying to order should I say terrible terrible customer service and I don’t know the reason behind putting old food on top of new food. This crew is worthless.

As a frequent customer of this Panda Express location, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit. My family and I ordered our usual meal, but when we got home, we were horrified to find a cockroach in our food. To make matters worse, our drinks were completely watered down, tasting of neither Coca-Cola nor Dr Pepper.
This is a serious health and safety concern that should have been handled with immediate care. When I returned to the store, I was offered a refund or a replacement meal. While I appreciate the gesture, as a customer who lives 30 minutes away, this was a significant inconvenience. I feel that for a problem of this magnitude—involving a pest in the food—the appropriate solution would have been to offer both a full refund and a replacement meal for my trouble.
I am a loyal customer, but the way this situation was handled, especially the lack of a proactive and comprehensive solution, has severely impacted my trust in this location. I urge management to re-evaluate their policies for handling such serious issues to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

Couldn’t tell if this was a restaurant or a pet store with crazy people bringing in nasty dogs and draping them all over the food counter like it’s a baby or something, and the workers had a kick out of it chatting it up talking with them about the dog with a line 10 people long behind us. I walked right out after that, who allows dogs in a restaurant especially carrying them all around where the food is served?

This Panda sucks. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt the first couple times I ordered. It’s trash. I only order from here because it’s close to my workplace. Everytime I order online they send me notifications that my order is ready and it never is. They don’t ever put my sauce in so I have to go back in and ask for my sauces. Today, and the last time I ordered, they gave me the wrong persons order and I had to stand there and have a back and forth with the lady that it WAS NOT the right person or order. She looked me dead in my face when I told her the name and she still gave me the wrong bag…I still had to come back because they didn’t give me my sauce. Keep in mind, they didn’t even start my order till another guy came and asked if I needed help. The girl was acting like I handed her the wrong order…crazy. I’m not going to be coming here anymore.

Over the years I’ve eaten at a number of different panda expresses. This is by far my favorite, as the staff has always been friendly, and has always remembered my friends and I when we come in.
I haven’t been able to come in for a few months, but I came back in and they still remembered me like I had never left. They always serve good food, hot and fresh.

Absolutely horrible Panda Express. My work place orders from here because of the closeness. Every time we order within 5 minutes we get the alerts that our orders are ready but when we get there to pick them up they are never even close. Today we ordered at 12:01pm and at 12:35 they hadn’t even started making them yet. This is the recurring theme. No apologies ever.
