A 1 star review might be harsh. But I’ve worked in food service and I understand that when it gets busy it’s hard to keep up on basic sanitation as well as customer service.
But it truly is not that hard to be aware and do your job. If you do not understand what a customer says asks them kindly to repeat themselves, I’d rather than have the wrong order. It’s just as awkward for a customer To bring back the product as much as it is for the employee to take accountability to do their job properly when in a rush. If you don’t want to do your job properly while working in customer service especially when there are customers who are genuinely nice and don’t have the mindset that the “customer always comes first” do not subject yourself or others to you working in customer service. Find a new job please.
The thing that truly upsets me though is the lipstick that was on my takeout box. Again I’ve worked in food service, I’m also a woman I’ve used gloves as well as my bare hands when handling product. I know that if I am wearing nail polish gloves must be worn, if I have long hair it must be up, if I’m wearing jewelry or makeup and touching my face I have to wash my hands. It’s basic health code rules truly. I understand an occasional hair because we lose thousands of hair as humans a day. Even a small grease stain/food mess on a box. But LIPSTICK is outrageous. Please wash your hands especially when you touch your face! Throw away product if it has contaminants!

Metal in my food, completely unacceptable. Corporate response is to give a basic refund (4.40$) and to wash their hands clean of the situation, I won’t be eating here I will be telling other people about this. FInding metal in my food is completely unacceptable.
11 days still no refund.
To the owners response, this is lawsuit territory. If this was ingested there could have been serious medical issues. To only supply a simple refund dosnt show accountability it shows a quick cover up.

We walked in **the unlocked lobby doors** 30 minutes before closing, ready to spend our money here, and were told we could not be served in the lobby. We were also told that the line in the drive through was before us, so they could not prioritize our order. You mean to say that when customers are willing to get up off their butts and walk INSIDE to avoid the line, you won’t serve them? So how come when we come here during the day, you don’t make us wait for all the folks in the drive-through line to be served before you’ll serve us? Everyone in line is **in line**…including the folks in the lobby. In fact, it’s almost always faster to walk inside than it is to sit in the drive through.

Here’s the fun part: We called to ask why they didn’t lock the lobby doors if the lobby was indeed closed. You know what your employee told us? THAT THEY DIDN’T HAVE A KEY TO LOCK THE DOORS. Are you serious? So how do they plan to lock the doors at closing??? This employee also said they *could have* rang us up using the drive-through till, but they just chose to turn us away. Nice.

Maybe this Christmas, it’d behoove you to give your staff the gift of better customer service training. Cheers.

Decided to get my British friend to try Panda Express food for the first time .
She loved it .
We had the Orange chicken and chow Mein and the food was delicious and well cooked and well presented .
The lady named Thalia serving the food , was very kind and gave me a small extra portion of the orange chicken for my friend to try. So there was plenty of food for the two of us to share .
We also got talking to a very nice young man called Reggie who worked there .
He was telling us about the nutritional value of the food and how it is better for you than all the other fast food outlets . I completely agree with him. It is so delicious .
This store is very clean with bright lighting .
The atmosphere is nice too .
I would give this store and its staff 10/10

Hands down the worst Panda Express we have ever had. They were out of 2 of the 3 entrees we wanted. The food was extremely bland. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The chow mein noodles have definitely changed. They use to be bigger with more flavor and now they look like shriveled up worms. Definitely done with Panda Express.

Very long wait for food.

Came in on my lunch break, learned the lobby was closed to let people take their break. Went through the drive through, and was told it would take 6 minutes, and to pull into the parking lot since they are rated on how fast their service is. Approximately 20 minutes later, they came out with the food. By that time I had no time to eat, so I asked for a refund which they could not figure out. Had to call back later for a manager to process the refund.

Horrible customer service! Was told to park out front for teriyaki chicken by Jarrod which was done in a very unprofessional manner. After waiting 17 minutes in the parking lot I went inside and asked about my order and was told the wait was for orange chicken. If they would of stated at the speaker it was going to be a wait I would of ordered other items. I believe the manager Ethan j. issued a refund but had no sympathy or reasoning why it took so long. Will definitely not visit this panda express location again

Tried for the first time. And Spent 80 dollars to feed a crew. And No one could stand the taste. The rice was dry or old. The noodles where stail. I also order. The walnut shrimp no walnuts. And they all stuck together like a paste. The broccoli in the beef was extremly hard. The orange chicken is just trash. Chicken egg rolls had no flavor. Giant waste of money. Do not go to this establishment. Unless you want to be deeply disappointed. And if you do decide to go. You might want to take a good long look at your life decisions. I feel terrible even feeding this to the crew. Lesson learned.

Been to this location several times. Have not had too many problems with the quality of food other than getting older super greens. The biggest issue is the wait time at the drive-thru and that everytime we go there, we order super green with our main dish and 90% of the time they put the styrofoam containers in a brown paper bag sideways and and it leaks EVERY time, I had it pour all over me in my car and we now just always put it on the floor in the back, and by the time we get home the bottom of bag has disinegrated. And they have put the containers in bigger bags before so I know it is possible
