But it truly is not that hard to be aware and do your job. If you do not understand what a customer says asks them kindly to repeat themselves, I’d rather than have the wrong order. It’s just as awkward for a customer To bring back the product as much as it is for the employee to take accountability to do their job properly when in a rush. If you don’t want to do your job properly while working in customer service especially when there are customers who are genuinely nice and don’t have the mindset that the “customer always comes first” do not subject yourself or others to you working in customer service. Find a new job please.
The thing that truly upsets me though is the lipstick that was on my takeout box. Again I’ve worked in food service, I’m also a woman I’ve used gloves as well as my bare hands when handling product. I know that if I am wearing nail polish gloves must be worn, if I have long hair it must be up, if I’m wearing jewelry or makeup and touching my face I have to wash my hands. It’s basic health code rules truly. I understand an occasional hair because we lose thousands of hair as humans a day. Even a small grease stain/food mess on a box. But LIPSTICK is outrageous. Please wash your hands especially when you touch your face! Throw away product if it has contaminants!

To the owners response, this is lawsuit territory. If this was ingested there could have been serious medical issues. To only supply a simple refund dosnt show accountability it shows a quick cover up.
Here’s the fun part: We called to ask why they didn’t lock the lobby doors if the lobby was indeed closed. You know what your employee told us? THAT THEY DIDN’T HAVE A KEY TO LOCK THE DOORS. Are you serious? So how do they plan to lock the doors at closing??? This employee also said they *could have* rang us up using the drive-through till, but they just chose to turn us away. Nice.
Maybe this Christmas, it’d behoove you to give your staff the gift of better customer service training. Cheers.

We had the Orange chicken and chow Mein and the food was delicious and well cooked and well presented .
The lady named Thalia serving the food , was very kind and gave me a small extra portion of the orange chicken for my friend to try. So there was plenty of food for the two of us to share .
We also got talking to a very nice young man called Reggie who worked there .
He was telling us about the nutritional value of the food and how it is better for you than all the other fast food outlets . I completely agree with him. It is so delicious .
This store is very clean with bright lighting .
The atmosphere is nice too .

Came in on my lunch break, learned the lobby was closed to let people take their break. Went through the drive through, and was told it would take 6 minutes, and to pull into the parking lot since they are rated on how fast their service is. Approximately 20 minutes later, they came out with the food. By that time I had no time to eat, so I asked for a refund which they could not figure out. Had to call back later for a manager to process the refund.
