Great bar! The bar staff here is very friendly and all of the are hard workers. The liquor choices are wide and varied. Probably a dozen or so flavored vodkas. An average selection of draught beer. A slightly larger selection of bottles and cans. Had their BLT one evening. It had super thick bacon, ample slices of tomatoes and leaf lettuce.

Came here for a graduation event and absolutely loved the food! The menu is pretty large so there was something for everyone. I had the fried chicken burger which was super tasty as well as some wings and calamari for the appetizers. The place wasn’t packed when we came but during game nights, you can expect a lot of folks to be here. Definitely stop by for a drink at least.

We stopped at the Vig during the Rhode Island Food Fights Big Burger Blowout, and were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Normally hotel bars have mid-tier food and the staff are just trying to churn customers to get more drinks served, but the folks at the Vig were some of the most attentive and kind people we have had the pleasure of meeting! The burger was delicious, a nacho-inspired mish-mash, with spectacular beer-cheese instead of the canned stuff that other restaurants pass-off as queso. We had the apple blossom dessert and it was a perfect ending to the night.

Our bartender, Nico, was excellent. It was only his 3rd day. He clearly tries to make it a nice experience. Went in for RI Food Fights best burger event. Espresso martini was fantastic.

Trash food and long wait to get cold microwaved food. Go somewhere else. Why is nothing hot but we had to wait? The Saturday night of the biggest convention in this area and only three tables worth of people in the entire restaurant. Bad service=No Customers. McDonald’s is probably better and thats saying a lot. If you like to wait long for terrible food maybe this is the spot you’ve been looking for. I can’t imagine this place staying open without the hotel keeping it afloat.

Amazing service! Stopped by for late lunch on a Sunday (12:30). Drinks were delicious – just peachy and boozy lemonade cocktails. Beautiful leather chairs with a second floor view of the library and church

Never heard of this place until the other week and it sounded great so my girlfriend and I gave it a shot. Loved it! I had the Vig Double cheeseburger and it was killer. So delicious. The French fries were great too. She had the kale black bean burger and she enjoyed it. Would definitely go back!

My only knock on this place is looks like they are worried about overhead cost as there isn’t enough staff. There was only one bartender and one cook who at times had to make the long to bring out the food. No complaints on the bartender or the buger and fries as they were great. It’s a college town quit being cheap and hire people so your restaurant can be full.

Excellent bar area with three TVs and anything you can imagine to drink behind the bar. The food was great! It was cooked properly and was an overly adequate portion. I had the New York strip with steak fries and no complaints. The bar tender was attentive but not pushy, it’s a very laid back place with a cool vibe.

Great customer service the food is not that great but is bar food so understandable drink prices are a bit high I had a draft beer and a margarita with a Patron shot and paid $36 for those 2 drinks alone it’s convenient that is in the hotel building
