Had a black curly hair in my subway club when I opened it. My husband ordered two cookies with his meal and they were completely left out. Disgusting! Never going back to North location. Called and they said, “Sorry, can you bring back the sandwich with the hair in it and we’ll give you a new one?” And we’ll “talk about the missing cookies”! WTH?!!

We had called the jimmy johns across the street 2 days in advance to let them know we would have a group of 30 coming in, when we arrived we were met with a rude employee informing us they had no bread at 12:30pm on a saturday. We walked across the street to subway who took care of us with no notice and were kind while they did it.

Terrible terrible customer service. They can not handle more than one customer. Very rude. And on top of all that, they can’t even make a sandwich the correct way… Missing veggies. I will no longer be a customer I will choose another location .

Order food from there all the time. This time my sandwich was nasty. 65 dollar order and the manager on duty told me there was nothing she could do if I didn’t bring the sandwiches back. At that time they were in the trash. I am a gm and I always try to do the right thing for my customers. 1103 S. Broadway in Pittsburg KS whomever was working the evening shift, you need to do better. Customer service at hotel like that would not fly with me that manager would no longer have a job.

Everytime I order on the app, they don’t follow what it says, I get little to no veggies when I ask for extra, I get the wrong bread. They tell me there is nothing that can be done unless I bring it back. Poor service takes way too long at the speaker.

The WORST customer service I have received in a long time. I placed my order 2 hours in advance, got to the store, and my food so wasn’t made. When I asked about it, they said they didn’t have ham (3 of my 5 sandwiches had ham on them). I asked for several different replacements instead of ham and was told they had to ask their manager who they couldn’t get a hold of. Employees were very rude and basically told me to go away because they were busy.
As a person who has devoted their life to customer service in restaurants and other avenues, this is NOT how you treat a customer.

Service was terrible and the 1 guy that was there seemed like he had no idea what’s going on. Looked very lost. I’ll go back cause it’s subway but will definitely depend on who’s working. Got home sandwich wasn’t toasted. The kid was worried about his phone more than the customers. Definitely not happy with that service today. If I could leave no stars today would be the day. Usually the service is super.

I went here with my friend and life partner. There is a decent seating area and the food tastes good. The service was fast and only made one mistake. The main downside was the noise level. To communicate we had to hallway yell. It was during lunch so the amount of talking customers was understandable. Although I would suggest not having the music as loud when there are a lot of customers. Despite this, I will be going back.
