I have been to a few Golden Crust locations over the years and I was pleasantly surprised this go round. The staff was friendly, patient (I changed my order while she was making my food) & knowledgeable about the menu. I had the King Fish with Rice and Pea’s…house made Sorrell and some Pistachio Cheese cake….im about to drive 30 minutes back there tomorrow for round 2 with my wife cause that was good!!!!

I ordered a large stew chicken with rice and cabbage and was given stew turkey instead — again. This is the second time my order has been wrong, and the turkey was horrible. Serving turkey as chicken is unacceptable — customers know the difference. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Listen here I’m from Palm Beach and I’m a truck driver and it’s so hard to find good food over the road. I went in there and I saw the variety of food and everything looks so good and fresh! They must’ve seen that I was a big boy and gave me a hefty amount lol but anyways, God bless the Caribbean culture. God bless these women these gorgeous women cooking. Ordered large oxtail and portion was very small for an expensive order of $40. Large portions should come in large aluminum trays. Not small takeout boxes. Feels like a scam. Very disappointed. Overrated for sure. Oxtail tasted good but rice/beans and cabbage were very lackluster. I got a partial refund, but I still wish I hadn’t ordered at all.

The staff here are wonderful, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the brown stew chicken was extremely disappointing. The texture was incredibly tough, almost like chewing rubber—the toughest chicken I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend ordering it and honestly wish I could get a refund. While the people and service are great, the quality of this dish really needs improvement.

The 4 ladies at work here now are the most friendly and show camaraderie with each other which is great for us customers to see. They’re polite and professional and make you feel welcome. As does the Chef who ensured that our order was as we wanted it to be. Looking forward to our Brown stew fish. Thank you!!!

Update i order food for delivery $28, 1/7/26 no cabbage, i called and i was told sold out of cabbage, they will not make it right with their customers, didn’t offer no discount or nothing, i will not order again, this the second time.
I love there food but went there today and I ate some cabbage and this big plastic was in the food wrapped up while I’m chewing it.

I ordered 6 Mild beef patties to be delivered and they looked nothing like the patties pictured on your website. They were not fresh and looked like patties you needed to get rid of. I am a retired senior citizen on a fixed budget with no means of transportation which is why I had my ordered delivered. I can’t afford to throw my money away or have it stolen which is what you did. You should be ashamed of yourself. God don’t like ugly!!!

Golden Krust very disappointing haven’t ate since before covid , my husband said let’s get an Oxtails dinner… he brought 3 orders home to see the OXTAILS are mix with GOAT MEAT , a big NO NO. OXTAILS BONES ARE JUST ROUND, GOAT MEAT BONES ARE SHARP WITH MEAT ALL INSIDE . YOU GUYS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER , AND WHEN EVERYONE LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT THEY REALLY GETTING, YOU GUYS WILL LOSE BIG TIME
