I ordered subway online and it was supposed to be a footlong, white bread tuna with banana peppers and pickles and mayo and onions and I got this! Tomato and lettuce with tuna on Italian bread I think. I should be getting a refund or some kinda credit.

Best subway experience in a long time, Michaela was super helpful and I think the only person on staff at the time. Greeted me when I walked in the door and was attentive energetic, bubbly and sincere. Nice to see young people still working and learning how to work with others in customer service, the experience was efficient, courteous, fast and friendly.m and she took care to prepare a nice sandwhich while we visited.

Staff is warm and welcoming! Food was fresh and delicious! Staff was so helpful I giving suggestions. Will come back. I come a couple times a month and staff is always so happy and upbeat.

Update from 2 years ago….. Asked for the sandwich I ordered today to be cut in 3 pieces and it was but in 3 different sizes. Kind of hard to split a sandwich 3 ways when they are cut in 3 vastly different sizes. This place never changes. Not going back anymore. Learned my lesson. Ordered the sesame chicken wrap. It clearly showed chopped chicken but they give you shredded chicken. Then I asked for 1 stripe of sweet onion and 1 stripe of mayonnaise. She loaded the sandwich with so much mayonnaise and sweet onion sauce the sauce leaked out the sides like soup. Disgusting as usual. Not going back. Not that great. Not sure if they seek out employees with a dull or almost rude personality but there is usually 1 employee in there that acts like you are an inconvenience to them and I’m not talking about the same employee every time. It is different employees. I’d rather go eat at the gas station than go there.

This Subway is a bit unusual as it is on the ground floor of an existing old brick building. The people are cheerful and helpful and the location is in the perfect place on the main drag of Hamilton MO. The food is Subway if you go to a chain store you know what you will be buying. But the people make the connection pleasant.

Honestly one of the worst experiences at Subway. I went in and stood there for five minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Finally someone came from the back and asked me what I wanted while complaining about how the other employee cut bread. The sandwich was thrown together in somehow the messiest and slowest way the sauce was everywhere and everything fell out of the sandwich when i opened the wrapping and picked it up. Worst part was that the bread wasn’t even cooked thoroughly, so I bit into raw dough. Terrible service.

First off, there were no tomatoes in the container but there were two employees in the back that could of easily cut them up, secondly I was sold a drink even though when I got to the pop machine I realized they had no ice, they were out of Coke, and the pop was warm. I sat down to eat as I watched five more customers by pop without being warned about these issues until after the sale was made. What happened to the days when you were given discounts for lack of product or at the very least warned in advance before you make your purchase.

Subway in Hamilton Missouri.
Placed online ordere & sandwiches were made incorrectly. I called right away & was told they would remake NO CHARGE on my next visit. When I went in was THEN told it had been too long even though I had explained that I rarely went that direction. After she said she called & spoke with a regional manager, that only ONE sandwich would be offered from my original order.
All the while standing there calling me a liar about the situation she wasn’t even there for originally, acting surprised when I reacted & became upset.
Then manager refused to fix any sandwich or refund my costs. I WILL never go to another Subway & make sure anyone that ever mentions a Subway restaurant knows why.
I would give MINUS stars if it would let me. Worse customer service of any place I have ever been too!!

It took over 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Only 1 worker working. She was doing an amazing job but she could only do so much.
If you are in a hurry or have limited time go elsewhere.
