We ordered a ButterBurger with cheese, a crispy chicken sandwich with fries, and a vanilla shake. The shake was thick and creamy, the chicken sandwich was crispy, and the fries were fresh and hot but It could use a bit more salt in my opinion. The ButterBurger tasted like a classic smash burger, with crispy edges and good overall flavor.
Service was solid, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite, which is impressive for a brand-new opening. Overall, Culver’s is a welcome addition to the area and a great option when you’re in the mood for a burger or comfort food.
It was crazy busy for the first weekend open. The line was out the door.
Nice folks, they were doing great dealing with the crowd.
Worth the wait? Yes, we had a table, waited 30min for the food. The staff was pleasant just getting it done, everyone was patient.
I had a double burger deluxe with extra pickles no cheese. Cooked perfectly, just the correct amount of mayonnaise.
Onion rings hot and crunchy.
The parking lot is wonky, so be patient.
We’ll visit in a couple weeks, it’s nice to have a location closer than West Palm Beach.
99 year old Mom-i-l enjoyed the experience.
So disappointed after 2 take out experiences. Both times our order included a gluten free butter burger. Culvers practice is to provide a separate wrapped gluten free bun. The first time I got a regular bun on the burger. It looked exactly like all the others. If I had eaten it I would have become very ill. Luckily I was home when I realized and grabbed some of my own bread. Second time the gluten free bun wasn’t sealed. We got a replacement but didn’t notice that the box the burger was in was crushed until we got home.
Management: I hope you are able to correct the problems I and other diners are reporting. I’ll be keeping an eye on future reviews and hope to have a good Culvers In Boynton someday!
What stood out the most was how attentive and professional she was throughout. She took the time to make sure everything was accurate and exactly how I needed it, and you can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. That kind of leadership shows, because the entire staff reflected the same positive energy and efficiency.
I also have to mention how impressively clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The dining area, counters, and overall environment were spotless, which made the experience even more comfortable and welcoming.
Manager True really goes above and beyond, and it makes a lasting impression. Because of her, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others. If you’re looking for great service, a clean environment, and someone who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to go!
I am a disabled Veteran and this evening with the weather I was having issues walking. This was one reason why we decided drive thru.
We called to inform management about how we did not receive our whole order and we had left. First we were being told we need to come in to get our food, when we kept saying we went thru the drive thru and we were missing the Ice cream and we left after 12 minutes of waiting after we received our hot food. We were then told there are orders ahead of our, there are order inside, online and drive thru and we should have just waited. We asked that we need to wait for our ice cream so orders that were behind our get filled and let our shot food get cold. This is what management of this one Restaurant is telling us.
Just sit there and wait and we will get to you when we feel like it. Who cares you Hot food is getting cold. We will bring your Cold food out when we get to it. We have more important things and people to deal with.
This is how the staff and management make people feel at this Restaurant.
So if you want to take a chance and get part of your order only. Or get your Hot food just to let it go Cold before you get your cold part. Or You want staff to be Rude to you.
Then
This is the place to go.
Pay for food you want and not receive it also be treated like crap.
Come on in…..
That should be this place new slogan.
The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from Culver’s, the ButterBurger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the frozen custard was incredible. You can tell they’re really focused on doing things right from day one.
Really happy to have this location nearby. I’ll definitely be coming back often and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and great service.
ORIGINAL POST: If I could give this location ZERO Stars I would. Let me start by saying my family loves Culver’s. We first visited Culver’s in Orlando, and we even drive 40min to the Location in Lake Park a few times a month.
So we were very excited that one opened up 10min from our house. Well, it was the worst experience we have ever had.
The food took over an hour to arrive. We went up to the counter numerous times and were told numerous times that it would come out soon. We finally spoke to the owner around the 1hr mark, and he apologized and blamed it on the new staff. He said “It is what it is…” and “There’s nothing I can do…” He offered us free custard (which was a complete joke because we were all extremely pissed off by this time).
The kicker…we were there celebrating my wife’s birthday (as it’s one of her favorite places), and she just wanted the experience to be over (not a good thing).
While we were waiting, the owner brought us over 2 burgers/fries that weren’t even ours and said we could eat them while we were waiting. The burgers were loaded with so much crap that my kids were like “yuck, no way”..So he picked them off of our table and then walked them over to the table right next to us saying “Here are your burgers”…
Our food FINALLY came out at the 1hr 20min mark and can you believe the order was screwed up? Yup! Missing items and 3 of the 4 burgers were made incorrectly.
The manager did not deliver the late food, or visit our table after the food finally came out, and even after 3/4 of the order was incorrect.
I guess his remark “It is what it is…” is what you should expect from this location? We left extremely upset (and on my wife’s birthday).
Shame on the owner (his name tag said owner). At this point I would have comped the meal and given a GC and invited the family to come back to hopefully earn their trust and business.
Needless to say we DID NOT get our free custard, because by then we were there well over 2 hours and just wanted to leave as we didn’t even enjoy our food (as we were all so upset).
I really do hope that this location gets their act together, but I am not convinced that it will happen anytime soon.
