Screw the sub club and I told the so called sub artist that the bread was over cooked and stale but she didn’t care. I joined the sub club the same day and they said my transaction was over 30 days old but I provided the transaction number on the receipt. It seems that the home office is just as inconsiderate as the girl who said that if I join and give them the receipt they would credit me with my first club sub. BS

Horrible customer service, I went to go grab dinner around 8:30 , just to be told that I couldn’t be served , although they close @ 10pm, This is ridiculous and need to be took care of immediately! The most Laziest employees I’ve ever seen !!

Did an online order 10/04/2024. Arrived at the store and decided to dine in. Ordered half and half tea and for the third time in a row there was no tea available. Changed to Diet Coke and it tasted like cherry cola. Water is standing on the floor in front of the soda fountain during my last 3 visits. Ordered two sandwiches which couldn’t be prepared with ingredients that I ordered because they were out of tomatoes and pickles which is a common occurrence for this facility and to top off that, I had diarrhea develop that Friday evening that lasted for two days.Subway has become the bottom of the barrel for at least this franchise restaurant #20575–0 in Brundidge. Alabama.

My daughter went in at 9:39 a sub. The door was locked. The girl would not open it. They close at 10. Hardee’s also closes at 10. She drove right down to Hardee’s and they served her order. Closing time means quit serving to my understanding!

The place was not busy, yet it took forever. The employees moved as slowly as anything I had ever seen. Half way through making my sandwich, the employee took off her gloves and just started casually wiping down everything with a napkin instead of finishing my sandwich. When I asked if she could just finish my sub before deciding to clean the entire counter, she got an attitude and was very rude. Another employee finally came over to finish my food. I will NEVER be back to this Subway! And apparently I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience here. I should have read the reviews prior to going.

They did not have any bowls or they would not go look for them. They did not know where to find the stuff for a cold cut sub even tho every bit of it was right in front of them so they refused to make it. They complained the entire time because of online orders. This is the very worst of the subways I have ever been to. In the past the employees were awesome but the 2 working the night of 2/10/22 were the worst employees I have ever seen Subway hire. I am a manager and if I had employees like those 2 they would be looking for another job!
