I had Pizza Joe’s delivered to my hotel while staying in Butler, PA. My food was delivered in about 45 minutes by a friendly delivery driver. The stromboli I ordered was tasty and filled with goodness. They remember my request for plates and utensils. Their prices are reasonable. I will be ordering from them upon my next visit.

Every time we order from this location, our food arrives hot, on time, and always accurate. However, my wife and I ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks last night. The employee on the phone said it would be here in about 55 minutes. Some time later (probably about an hour), we got a call from the owner letting us know there had been a mistake with the delivery driver and he apologized for the inconvenience. He promised to personally deliver our order in 5 minutes and offered a free 2-liter of soda. We appreciated him calling and didn’t mind the extra wait, nor did we want anything for free. We never have a problem with this location so the occasional mistake certainly wouldn’t upset us. Sure enough, within 5 minutes, the owner arrived at our house with our meal and a 2-liter of soda. As I tried to pay him for the order, he refused to accept payment and gave us our order for free!
Sure, we love pizza joes for how their food tastes and the convenience of delivery. However, this location goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and even their restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness. These parts of a business are indispensable but are often overlooked. This owner is someone who knows how to run a successful business: he owns mistakes rather than passing the blame and he knows the value of retaining customers. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone who would ask.

Best pizza place in the area! everyone is so friendly, the employees treated us like part of their family. Ron, Seth and Sam where the ones that talked to us frequently. They are always checking to see how the food is and if you need anything. And you can’t forget how fast they serve you. Overall best pizza place ever!!

Great gluten-free options for my son! I myself like their wings and subs so much that I haven’t actually had their pizza since the first time I was there. the meatball sub and the italian “hot gondola” are fantastic. They make great fried wings that are safe for my gluten-free son to eat as well as the gf pizza they also serve. I live almost an hour away, but when we are in the area, this is where we stop to eat.

We’ve been to a few different Pizza Joe’s in Butler and the surrounding areas, but this one on 68 in Butler is by far our favorite. They have a friendly staff and owner and I think their food is better! They eat in specials that are very reasonably priced as well!
