Really good burgers. Many options on draft beer. Great family place and great sports bar. They have plenty of tvs and the NFL ticket. Dessert was okay, but that’s not why I went there. I wish the burgers were just a little bigger because I can easily eat two on any given day.
11-14-2025, Went back. Food was excellent. Burgers are just too small. It would cost $30.00 just to get full on burgers That doesn’t include drinks. A 2 for $20.00 special would go a long way. Ha.

I stopped in for lunch and had the best burger. Erin provided excellent service, she is top notch. We leave tomorrow and are already planning to return for dinner tonight! Yes, it’s that good!

I saw an ad on Facebook for this place so I gave it a try. It’s in the Hickory Shores Plaza and it’s a pretty cool little place, lots of TV’s surrounding the dining room and a very friendly staff. I had the BBQ Bacon Smash Burger, two smashed patties plus some thick slices of bacon and delicious BBQ sauce. Had a side of Hurricane fries too. Everything was delicious and from where I was sitting I could see the grill and nothing in here is pre-prepared, they smash your burger to order! I’ll come back here!!

We were wanting a good burger and were searching online when we saw this place. Decided to check it out and we are SO glad we did! The smash burgers and hurricane potatoes were absolutely amazing. Service was great and it’s a cute little place. It will definitely become a regular spot for us, and I can’t wait to try their other things. Food was fresh, and didn’t seem to be filled with preservatives like so many other restaurants. Definitely a great find!

5 stars is not even enough accolades for this establishment! I have tried many different things on the menu along with creating my own personalized items and every single time they hit better than my expectations. This is literally the best burger I’ve ever eaten! The staff is bar none compared to other establishments. Definitely gives you a mom and pop feel! I checked out Slidsters Tap House in Midway for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable — a solid neighborhood sports tap house with good energy.
I had the Cat 3 spiral potatoes, which were crispy and full of flavor, and the Philly cheesesteak served on grilled pita bread, which was a nice twist and really hit the spot. Both dishes were well done and satisfying.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to going back. If you’re in the area, this is definitely a spot worth trying.

We stopped in and were seriously impressed! The beers were ice cold, and the food was made fresh nearly right in front of us, which we loved. I had the garlic burger and he had the cheesesteak burger, both were so good. Really appreciated the creative twist instead of the usual boring fries. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and just an all-around solid spot. We’ll definitely be back. Such a great addition to the area, and just in time for football season!

I dropped my review to a 3 for a couple reasons. We have eaten at the restaurant and everything has been exceptional. We did however place an order for delivery and got a whole other experience.
Meals were missing extra toppings (which were paid for because they cost extra), burgers were made wrong (added condiments that were requested to not be on the burger) and drinks missing. All these issues were on the receipt when delivered too. Plus a $26 online order fee (not including driver tip). All in all, we didn’t receive the items listed above and essentially were out $20. Then the driver proceeds to tell me he just delivers whats on the ticket. Oh, ok… where’s my drinks that are clearly on the ticket? “You have to call store. I just deliver.”
So we did. Driver works for some 3rd party I have never heard of (not your typical doordash or Uber eats company). Food was cold by the time he got it to us. I won’t be ordering online from them again. Bad experience with that.
As for dinning in experiences…

Greek Burger & Fajita Burger were choices we went with and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely try the Apple Pie & Ice Cream if you have dessert room. Our waitress was great!

We saw the great reviews and wanted to check it out. It did not disappoint! The food and service was excellent! They’ve got TVs with different sporting events but not so loud you can’t chat with people in your party or at the bar. We ordered the fried okra and it was cooked PERFECTLY! Light breading and the perfect cook time for tender but not mushy okra. I had the Hawaiian burger which was delicious too! Flavorful all the way around… and the spiral cut hurricane potato is my new favorite. It’s the perfect combo of delicious fries with a crispy potato chip edge. They have a great beer selection too! Overall we loved it and we look forward to another visit.
