The food is authentic , fresh and plenty. Im not accustomed to the taste. I’m used to americanized-take-out Chinese food. It was okay at best. You will leave feeling full and taking some home 🙂 . The staff are SUPER friendly and always ready to help.

Went out to dinner with the family to try out the new rotary sushi! We had a great time! The sushi selection was a bit limited at first but they were very quick to fill the belt with different sushis once we sat down! They were very fairly priced, especially compared to the menu prices. We will be back!

FREE WIFI. Free parking. Very delicious food! I would 100% recommended if you’re in the area. Staff were friendly and attentive. Clean area and washrooms were spotless. Place smells great, especially when you’re really hungry. Good place to come if you’re alone or with a big group, noise level is low. Even in busy times you’ll get served quick. Great customer service. Diverse community coming in so bring your friends to the try new foods! Everything cooked till perfection. Good portions and price is fair. Support small mom and pops business and come here and eat good food!

We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Tonight was date night so we decided on The Lotus! We wanted sushi and it did not disappoint… It was soooo yummy! Ordered crab Rangoon as the appetizer and the sushi for 2 as our main entree… both dishes were delicious!!! The Scorpion bowl and the hot sake were perfect as well. We will definitely be back! There are so many dishes to choose from and I cannot wait to try so many more things!!! The servers were awesome and they made sure we never had to ask for anything, very attentive! I give this restaurant 5 out of 5!!!

Update: 5/11: it’s been a little over a year since we’ve discovered this place. We’ve tried many other restaurants that sell sushi but nothing in the Milwaukee area compares. Been coming here every Monday since last year and will continue to eat their absolutely delicious, well made sushi until I depart next summer to my next assignment.
I used to pass by this restaurant daily on my way to work or whenever I go to kohl’s and Target. The building was an average looking building that advertised multiple different cuisines on the outside. From watching all of the Kitchen Nightmare shows, I expected this to be gross and bland Asian food.
We still decided to give it a try because it had a descent rating plus we wanted some sushi other than Meijer’s. Now, we are eating Monday Sushi special every week. It is very delicious and quality is great. We normally get 3-5 rolls between the two of us. Amount of sushi varies per roll, so we try to get no more than $40/$50 worth. We are used to eating sushi from Japan from our last assignment, and this is very comparable in taste.

Presentation: Average for takeout
Specialty rolls: 5 stars
Normal rolls: 4 stars (when ordering through specials menu)
Price: 4 stars (can get expensive)

We saw they just started doing rotary sushi so stopped by to check it out. Having been to another one before that we really enjoyed, we had much higher expectations…
Waited for 20 minutes with only wasabi and ginger on the belt passing us by slowly. Kept being offered stuff from their regular menu, but that takes away from the experience. Regular menu pricing is also different from rotary pricing, so no idea what we would have paid if we ordered that way. Got up highly disappointed and went somewhere else for our family dinner.

Wanted to try it as im always looking for a new place and I 100% will be back many times. The food was some of the best bento I have had in a while and grabbing an extra plate or two from the rotating bar was sublime. Do your self a favor and try this place asap.
