Several pizza didn’t have extra cheese much less extra extra cheese like I ordered & the last order didn’t have Any… Jalapeños. What’s the point???

To date, I can only speak of receiving decent customer service here. On Christmas, I don’t take any food with me after spending time with a bit of family ( — I know right). It’s getting nearer to evening and I’m getting hungrier. I go to the super market and find the doors shut. I call a couple of places and receive no responses indicating they are open. While driving, I notice Papa John’s is open. The extra cheese and mushrooms make the slices tastes even better. Shake the Garlic Sauce before opening it. Bite the pepper any time during the meal .
There are a few hard chairs inside, no tables for guests, and a reasonable amount of parking for a place that doesn’t really feel like it’s for dine-in purposes.

I’ve ordered pizza numerous times from this location and have never had an issue.
I usually do a pick up, since I’m pretty close to them. Howeverr, this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the NY style, which was just a thin crust, not really NY style. The Pizza was dry, and cold. I think it was a rewarmed leftover pizza from earlier in the day. I always have enjoyed the garlic butter, but this time, it was cold and I used a butter knife to put it on the crust. All and all not a good experience.

I order a lot of papa johns, and I have nothing really against the company as a whole, but this store dissapointed me a lot. My order took an hour and forty minutes. The person I talked with on the phone could not communicate properly, and the same was with the delivery boy. If you want your pizza late, I suggest you order from here. This store wasted my time but thankfully not my money. I didn’t keep my pizza, so the order just got canceled.

Always fast and on top of your order… so much the pizzas are usually done in half the time as projected. Always good to their customers and lively. Dont like the ranch charge so no more ranch until it goes back to being free or affordable because $0.75 is practically a full bottle of ranch at the store. Some of the employees seem lost in space and never corrected our name in the system so everytime we call, it’s a bit confusing because the name was inputted into their system wrong and despite asking many times, no one has called me back with an attempt at resolving any issues or perhaps simply correcting it right then. Other than that, still my go to local fast food pizza.

The worst customer service to redeem your birthday cookie the man didn’t even have clue what I was talking about the first time I went.. Second time different date thinking that will be a manager or something! but turns out he was the manager! Omg he told me to call instead and that will help me! He didn’t even know where to go from the app. I’m calling customer service standing there for a while, while making the order online! The order location were far from where I live! After I figured out myself I suggested to the corporation/franchise to do a technology phone app. to be updated in the system they need to be trained 2022 come on!!! They should know by now and the rest of employees!!! ♀️

Stores like this give the franchise a bad name I went recently to buy one of their deals that they advertise over TV for 699 and I got to the store they said it is 799 same deal I looked at my receipt and didn’t say anything about the deal it said management discount but was still higher than the deal that was advertised so I’m wondering is that a practice that they do everywhere for Papa John’s Worst experience ever never going there again I will not tell anyone to patron this business
