**Update, never do online ordering. You can’t leave a long comment to specify the details, and they never answer their phone. My sister got me the green cake for my bday and it makes me a little sad to look at it. I don’t even want to take it to the restaurant for my dinner. 🙁
I ordered a custom cake from here, and it came out so beautiful and delicious! Such a good cake. Thank you to whoever made it. Honestly, they went above and beyond. It was definitely the star of the night. My sister loved it, and everyone was fighting for extra servings. Thank you!!

Went in for a little treat and was a little disappointed the ice cream was kinda melted. Tasty but melted. We got the fudge brownie batter,
and birthday cake batter ice cream sundae both were pretty tasty but melty.
The location was clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

Cold Stones always tastes great and is always bougie (you get what you pay for)!
There is an option to customize or choose pre-made flavors and toppings.
This location is right next to AMC theatres and we stopped by to cool off here before watching a movie!
Chose the Caramel apple pie pre-made flavor and it was delicious!!
The employees were nice and helpful. But I gave 4 stars because all the tables outside are poorly taken care of and in bad shape. We sat down at the first and it was so shaky and unstable. So we switched to the other one and it was just as shaky. You could tell no effort was put into preserving the seating area outside.

Its ok. Their ice taste like frost bite and they dont sale the cones with nuts anymore at this location. And they hardly ever have the choclate dip cones anymore as well

Really poor service. I ordered 4 medium ice creams cups. I received 2. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I had already left. The place was empty there was no crowd or noise. She confirmed 3 cups of one flavor and 1 of a different flavor…. Lame.

Cold Stone was very busy when I took my family there last week, although the staff handled it very well. The employees were diligent and courteous. Best of all, the ice cream was perfect as expected.
The one negative aspect of my visit that affected my review: We sat outside, and every single table out there was so wobbly it felt like it could easily fall over. Not an ideal location for studying or doing anything requiring a sturdy table. A bit of an annoyance, too.

The ice cream was delicious! I chose my favorite, sweet cream ice cream with roasted chopped almonds on a chocolate dipped sprinkled waffle cone. The store however, needs to work on cleaning up better, especially the two ceiling fans which are covered with accumulated dust and lint. Thank goodness they were off, otherwise this may be flying/ landing onto ice cream, waffle cones, etc.
Take pride in your store and.clean it up!
