Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh! I usually get delivery from UberEats but today I wanted to drive up to the place that keeps me full! Now, I’m not gonna lie, the location looks sketchy as heck on the outside but when I walked in, I smelled a freshly mopped clean floor, heard Christian music playing and the inside was clean. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who told me my burger would be up shortly and he. It came out, it looked amazing! Biting into my burger freshly made for me heaven!

Absolutely love here!!! Took my family here and was welcomed very kindly by the young lady up front , Very patient while taking my order and made sure everything was correct! The cook is also very kind as well and made sure our food was cooked how we wanted it with no issues . Worth spending that money!

It wasn’t half bad. The only problem was the sauce migrated down to the corner of the box and was hard to get at.
Also, the drive thru has a QR code that you scan and then order from your car. My brain wasn’t ready for that. So didn’t like it.

Saturday I placed an online order at this location and received my confirmation email like I usually do. When I arrived at the location at 10:30pm the building and parking lot was a little dark, and when I finally made it to the door I discovered it was locked. There was no sign on the door to indicate they were closing WAY before their closing time so I’m not sure why they were closed in the first place. Either way my order was confirmed and my money was taken off my card for food that I NEVER recieved. I have been calling this location all day at different times for two days straight and nobody answers the phone. All I’m trying to do is figure out how to get my money back because I’m having a difficult time getting in contact with an actual person at this location.

Husband went to this place since it’s new in the area and we’ve never tried it.. Where should I start? I ordered catfish with fries and he had the Philly cheesesteak with fries. Order was roughly $30. Well I’ve never had fish fall out the batter and it wasn’t done!! Fries were cold and old, hush puppies were hard like a Boulder marble!! Philly was dry as heck no flavor no condiments on it. Tried calling no answer but I know the gentleman is there because him and Hector(kitchen guy) were having conversations as if no customers were present. I will not be back to this establishment. It went straight to the trash! I hate I wasted my money!!

I ordered burgers from them quite often. And they have some great and tasty burgers. But I ordered a grilled chicken sand which . It was dry thin and didn’t even cover the whole bun and I am a dedicated customer. This doesn’t make sense. I hate the shift was working last night. I ordered this through DoorDash.

Drove past many local wing spots, hopped on the highway to WNB because the wings here are good – fries, not so much. Ordered for two people and requested to dine in. We were told that we couldn’t dine in because they were closing soon. When asked the closing time, the young man stated 9pm. It was 7:50pm! When asked if they stop letting people dine in more than an hour before closing, the young man stated yes, and “actually” dining in stops at 7:30pm. He told us that more than an hour is needed to close the store. The store was empty, so nothing to clean up. I’m baffled and will not be returning due to lack of decent customer service.
