This place is not friendly and the leave all the food uncovered. Every Subway on the planet has a cover over the meat and cheeses. These people have nasty attitudes and they They are not clean. Even the bathroom is disgusting. The soda machines never taste good and they burn the breads.

DON’T GO TO TJIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!This is my first to go to this subway very bad service the guy was rude who serve us.i had coupon and he did not accept it.
I ordered veggie delight, he did not put any veggies he put only 3 tiny pieces of green papper 3 slice of tomato, 4 tin slice of cucumber. I mean it is do rip off . I paid 22 dollar and it is not even worth it.
MY 6 YEAR OLD ATE WHOLE 12 INCH SUB AND STILL HUNGRY.

Oct 17th 24 I was visiting town and stopped for a bite of food. To my disappointment I couldn’t even order how to properly order subway. Soup was sold out before lunch. Building my sandwich was a SHOCK when I can only get a total of 10 black olives on my tuna sandwich that had NO OTHER VEGETABLE on it FORCING me to add tomato’s to have a proper sandwich. It wasn’t cut in half. I highly regret not walking out I would’ve been better off. The owner seems to have implied these cheap regulations over time is going to drive customers away.

What a disrespectful and disgusting management. My son only wanted a sub bread and they refused to do so by saying it’s not the policy. I told the staff that’s fine, if it isn’t in the system then charge me for the whole sandwich and just put the veggies and salad in a separate bowl in the same quantity you add in sandwich but keep the bread plain, and they refused to get us the empty bowl. I still paid $20 for 1 plain bread. Manager Siara is so pathetic and rude to even accommodate the young customers. Don’t waste your time and money on this store.

The guy making my sandwich, burnt the hell out of it in the toaster, and then proceeded to watch the automatic slicing machine, while my sandwich sat on the counter for almost 5 minutes. Very rude even after I was saying my pleases and thank you’s. Barely put any steak on the sandwich so it was mostly burnt bread, and the drink machine does not have anything that is not carbonated (I do not drink soda). Woman at the register could’ve move slower if she was dead, and the younger gentleman who “helped” me was very impersonal. Oh and it was $15 for a 4 ingredient footlong and a drink. Wild.

I will say, this Subway is very clean compared to other franchises I’ve been too, but that’s where the good ends at this location. The franchise owner is very cheap, they seldom do any promotions that corporate puts out. They haven’t had the new Subway melts since they were released earlier in 2021. They are very understaffed and the employees don’t seem to have the proper training.

I gave 2 stars only because of excellent service with gloves, sanitary. Ok food. Extremely convenient location. Staff needs more training on deciphering food. I asked for Roast Beef and got Chicken. Another visit I asked for Roast Beef and they were out. Italian subs are great. Don’t order the Roast Beef.

First, they do not accept any of the Subway promotions or coupons. Second, the sandwiches are mostly bread, they barely put any meat on the subs even if you pay extra for the extra protein (for $3 more) I get my sub and it has barely any meat on it. You’re paying for mostly bread. Other than that, the place is clean and they are friendly it’s just that you don’t really get your money’s worth. Better off going to Jersey Mike’s. There’s one opening up in Woodbridge soon.
