*1st Visit* To Go Lunch* Ordered: The Spicy Turkey Melt w/ a side of Broccoli (instead of chips), the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and The Ultimate Nachos (Picked the Chili w/ cheese Nachos Topper). The Chili w/ cheese was served on the side… allowing the Nachos to be crisp and fresh until I reached my next destination. I simply added the chili to the chips, and boom.. I had an instant hot appetizer, at work! **Their Large Menu has many items that allow you to pick from a “List of Sides”. Everything I tried was Flavorful w/ very decent sized portions. My To Go order was thoughtfully packed, and my food “held up well” during my travel to my next destination. I’m going back to try something new!

I had a ham and cheese melt left off spicy mustard and mayo don’t like those I did get ranch for it, bread is really nice just needs some onion would be good, I got potato soup or was very bland, added salt and pepper but still not good,
My husband ate it because I added more pepper thinking it would help, problem is they need some chicken broth onion powder, garlic and parsley will give it flavor, I was disappointed in that.
My husband had a club which was good and Max and cheese was nice and creamy and cheesey, it’s a good place service was really quick and good

Where to start?
Been yo other McAlister locations in the past. Not for many years. First off quality is not what I remembered. Ordered the Reuben with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Recieved a bowl of plain broccoli, not a terrible thing, I guess, could eat more veggies. Now to the sandwich, was horrible, they call this a deli, I was expecting deli quality for what I paid, over $14.00. What i got was a microwaved, not much better than a off brand lunch meat corned beef sandwich. Is was tasteless and the saurkraut and thousand island dressing was sparse, at best. Terrible, not only did they mess up my order, the food was less than mediocre.I love corned beef and this was not corned beef. Sad that they even serve this microwaved garbage. Too bad Jason’s deli closed in Schaumburg, it was at the very least decent quality. Sad, I love corned beef and needless to say will not be going back, ever. St.Paddy’s day is coming soon, will wait until then to get real corned beef.

I recently visited the newly opened location, and it exceeded my expectations on every front. The spotless and inviting interior immediately caught my eye, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a quick meal.The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Their positive attitude added to the overall experience.The menu offered a variety of delicious options, perfect for a swift and satisfying lunch.I’ll definitely be returning for more quick and tasty food.

I did the choose 2 meal so I got half of a blt -a sandwich and chipotle chicken & bacon spud. The bacon was freshly cooked but wished they’ve added more avocado. The spud was good. The staff’s service impressed me; they went around and checked in with the customers frequently.

I loved the soup menu. The food and sandwiches are very good and fresh made. I was completely impressed with the customer service, Natalia is one of the best customer service I ever had, courteous, empathetic and patient.

I very rarely give 5 stars to any place. I mean like very rare. I am giving 5 stars because i loved this place.
So, i was here like an hour ago got out the gym was craving a salad, searched on maps and i saw mcalister’s with good rating and i decided to go here. I entered the place with the staff greeting me which was very good. I walked up to the counter and there was this Ukrainian lady/girl who helped me alot. I said i am new here and i am very specific with my salads so she politely helped me for 10-12 mins.
Then i sat on the table which is very clean and tidy. They brought my salad to my table and i started munching. While ordering i remember explicitly addressing that i don’t need any sort of meat in my order but i still had chicken, i had no problem, i wasn’t upset or angry or disappointed its okay mistakes happen sometimes i would’ve been very disappointed if the service was not good but its one of the best i’ve ever seen. I walked to the counter again with my plate and briefed them on the situation and i asked them if they can just pick out the meat and give me my plate back. You know i don’t want no free salad but there was another lady she was like the manager she told me we can’t take your plate because of contamination purposes so it’s a win win. Careful about hygiene and they gave me another salad without meat.
They kept checking on me every 10 mins to see if everything was fine with me which again is amazing. Mistakes can be forgiven or ignored if the service is amazing. I tried my best to rate 4 stars but i am an honest reviewer so i can’t i have to rate 5 stars.
The reason i mentioned the mistake here is that even if something goes wrong with your order here you will not be DISSATISFIED. At many places my order was messed up and nothing came up from the staff of other places to satisfy me.
I am very grateful for the service i got and for the food. Will definitely come back here. Especially the staff is very polite, friendly, helpful and caring. Good staff and employees are very important in any business. Salute to all the employees working here and i would suggest an increase for the Ukrainian and the hijaabi girl. The manager girl was amazing too but i think she earning pretty good already plus she seemed experienced in the customer service field.
We need more businesses like this. Great job guys .
People call me a critical reviewer because it’s very hard to get a review like this from me but these people made it easy. I always rate 3 or 4 stars i believe 5 stars is only for exceptional places like this.

We were blown away by how great this establishment was! It is a new location, with plenty of varied seating opportunities and bright lighting. The food was very good and on par with other McAlister’s locations. But by far the best things about this location was the service! Everyone (literally) was friendly and helpful. The food came out very quickly and the manager/other employees were always checking in and asking if we needed drink refills. The manager could be heard welcoming people into the restaurant, holding door, and connecting with customers. This is much better than other nearby McAlister’s locations were the restaurants can be dark and empty and the service can be slow and rude. I am glad that this branch has opened!
